We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Temporary Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role involves operating powered equipment, handling product movement, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate is team-focused, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Operate powered equipment to move, locate, stack, and count products safely and accurately
Load products onto equipment, pallets, or totes while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency
Organize, store, and retrieve products for shipment or storage, verifying product type and quantities
Replace equipment batteries or LP tanks and monitor power supply as needed to support operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, including routine inspections of equipment and work areas
Assist with physical inventory processes, including cycle counts and audits, to ensure accurate inventory records
Qualifications:
Preferably 6 to 12 months of previous warehouse experience
Preferably at least six months of forklift operating experience
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and safety
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Pay Details: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

The Field Inventory Specialist monitors and maintains inventory levels at assigned customer location(s) utilizing Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) software. RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurately performs inventory transactions for lot controlled and non-lot-controlled inventory following FIFO methods while understanding the difference between Manufacturer and internal lot numbers
Validates inbound shipment against pack slip and open receipt. Completes processing of receipt VMI and performs put away in designated customer inventory storage locations
Reviews shelf life reports and communicates potential issues with team members and/or customers. Scraps material out when appropriate and follows customer specified disposal procedures
Performs and reconciles cycle counts to compare VMI inventory to actual inventory on hand
Proactively seeks out and interacts with key customer contacts to understand demand fluctuations and potential impact on inventory levels. Identifies and troubleshoots onsite issues and works collaboratively to resolve, escalating when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of related industrial experience and/or training
High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED)

POSITION SUMMARY
The General Warehouse Associate is responsible for picking, scanning, labeling, moving, staging, replenishing, and stacking product. This individual is also responsible for counting and inspecting product and notifying leadership when there are damages or discrepancies. These Associates are accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all equipment and will be expected to perform all duties as assigned.
As part of the DSV team, Associates are expected to meet company objectives in the areas of performance, safety, and quality. Associates are expected to comply with all corporate and site-specific policies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Picking Responsibilities
* The picking functions include, but are not limited to, using a pallet jack to accurately pick orders to fulfill client demands. Associates must efficiently and accurately pick products and stage in the appropriate areas. Associates will stack, package, band, shrink wrap and label products as determined by client requirements. All picking functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Quality Control Responsibilities
* The quality control functions include, but are not limited to, using the appropriate documentation to ensure that all products and orders are received, handled and shipped correctly. Associates will verify that products and/or orders meet quality standards, including reporting any damages or discrepancies. Associates will stack, package, shrink wrap, and label products. All quality control functions will be processed as defined by the Standard Operating Procedures.
Safety, Housekeeping, and Compliance
* All Associates are responsible for executing all safety protocols and will accomplish all job tasks in a manner that promotes safety.
* Associates are responsible for the cleanliness and orderliness of the facility and are required to maintain a clean, neat, orderly work area and assist in security of the warehouse.

JOB SUMMARY: The warehouse operator is responsible for safe operations of forklifts, accurately pulling products from daily pick lists, repacking and palletizing products, staging products for assigned dock times and focused on safe, efficient and accurate movement of products.
Pay: $18.00/hr-$20.00/hr
Location: Blue Point Brewery, 225 W Main St, Patchogue NY 11772
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm (warehouse hours will likely expand)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Safely operates forklifts
* Ensure quality products are sent to customers
* Accurately executes loading/unloading from pick ticket per stops needed
* Understanding of FIFO on Finished Goods or Materials unless otherwise specified on order
* Perform routine checklist of preventive maintenance daily on forklift
* Inspect at delivery all finished goods pallets or any other raw/materials pallets while unloading calling out any quality issues
* Follows Warehouse PPE Requirements
* Participating in team functions as required
* Willingness to share knowledge or train others when needed
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fork Truck Certification or ability to be trained
* 2 - 3 years - previous forklift experience preferred
* Basic computer skills
* Lift up to 50 lbs
* Works well with others in team environment
* Warehouse appropriate long Pants
* Steel Toed Boots (provided by Tilray)
