Principal Duties and Responsibilities

You Will
Report to a DC Supervisor or Process Manager and have regular interaction with other team members.
Safely complete inbound and/or outbound warehouse tasks, e.g. unloading, sorting, labeling, replenishing, auditing, and packing, with strong attention to detail
Ensure products are packed and shipped correctly to exceed customers' expectations for quality and delivery speed
Meet safety, quality, productivity, behavior, attendance, and overtime requirements as needed
Operate computerized scanning equipment and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and Hazardous Material requirements
Perform other tasks as directed by the leadership team
You Have
Comfort working on your feet with exposure to heat, cold, noise, and dust while working around moving equipment and elevated stations
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age
Able to continuously lift, slide and lower packages up to 50 pounds and may frequently weigh up to 75 pounds
Must be able to work at various elevated stations throughout the DC.
Able to operate computerized scanning equipment.
Able to meet productivity, quality, safety, and attendance requirements, including overtime as required.
**For PIE operators: ability to operate warehouse vehicles, material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment, including Crown, Pacer, Reach Truck, Order Picker, Barrett and Turret Truck
Preferred Qualifications
Previous warehouse, retail, or customer service experience in fast-paced environments

**Position Overview**
* Work with a safety-first mindset, including using company provided PPE.
* Accurately processes all customer and replenishment orders in a manner to ensure safety, quality, and performance goals are met on a daily basis.
* Maintain quality and accuracy; review pallets before shipment and partner with the quality control team as needed.
* Establish and maintain effective working relationships through living the Oatey Values: Collaboration, Integrity, Respect, Courage, Leadership, & Excellence.
**What you'll need to be successful…**
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Good communication skills, English fluency, both verbal and written.
* Ability to use equipment as assigned: stock picker, forklift, or reach truck.
* Able to comply with manufacturer's weight limit to wear required safety tether for picking at elevated locations.
* Willingness to partner, collaborate with teammates, and take on additional duties/projects as needed.
**Qualifications that can set you apart…**
* Experience operating an electric pallet jack (walkie) highly preferred.
* Experience operating an RF scanner highly preferred.
* Experience in a warehouse setting highly preferred.
* Experience with the following equipment: stock picker, forklift, or reach truck.
* Active and current forklift operator authorization.
* Proficiency with Microsoft office suite: Excel, PPT, Word
* Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) experience
* SAP ERP or WMS experience
* Demonstrated ability in proper freight handling.
* Working knowledge of all hazardous shipping rules and regulations.
