Must pass online training prior to driving. * Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working within deadlines. * Receive guidance from higher level employees. * Cross train other employees as needed based upon knowledge and experience. Compliantly complete all written and / or electronic labor tracking documentation. * Keep all shift operators informed of special problems involving operation or set up. * Communicate with team to ensure all team members are aware of new processes and/or issues. * Frequent interaction with internal and / or external customers and support functions (i.e. planners, engineers, sourcing department, fulfillment, managers) outside of home department.
