Essential Function and Responsibilities:
Prepares packages and orders for international shipping
Prepares specialized and sensitive shipments Assists in receiving and counting cosmetic items
Determines quantity needed to ensure accurate inventory levels, and selects appropriate product from the Receiving area
Stacks bundles of cartons to be sealed, adjusts machine settings according to box sizes, and stacks boxes on pallets
Selects appropriate carton size for order, and applies shipping label onto proper carton Scans labels on packages, and selects items from line to accurately complete orders
Places items in appropriate packing material for safe delivery, and confirms that appropriate items were selected Selects appropriate packing materials, and secures items in box for safe delivery
Receives packing slips, and correctly places packing slips in proper packages
Folds carton flaps into place, and guides package through tape machine for proper sealing
Safely operates machinery and provides preventive maintenance
Performs general cleaning duties to ensure safe workplace Performs weekly cycle counts to accurately verify quantity and placement of items Correctly assembles product and literature kits according to Bills of Materials
Records the quantity of daily kits, and submits to supervisor
Complies with company policies and procedures
Performs other warehouse duties as needed Addresses employee or customer concerns and/or elevates to the Management team
Supports the Company s Safety Programs
Acts as an ambassador and champion of the company culture, ethics, and values
Performs any other functions and duties assigned and necessary for the smooth and efficient operation of Market America.
Education & Experience:
High School diploma, required or equivalent
Experience in working with various levels of employees with different educational backgrounds, work style habits and employment histories
Computer/Communication Skills:
Moderate levels in reading comprehension, writing, and speaking in English; and attention to detail
Travel:
Annual conference participation and related travel
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
Warehouse environment- exposed to moving mechanical parts, dust, and mild noise levels
Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, cameras, photocopiers, and filing cabinets
Continuously required to talk, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach with hands and arms, stoop kneel and crouch
Raise and lower an object from one level to the another, 10 pounds, occasionally up to 30 pounds
Intermittently sit, kneel, crawl, walk on uneven surfaces, climb stairs and ladders, operate foot controls and squeeze
Exposure to medium noise levels and mild indoor temperatures of hot and cold warehouse with docks
Good (corrected) eyesight and hand/eye coordination
Long or odd hours, as needed

2nd Shift Part Time Warehouse Material Handler
The 2nd Shift Part Time Warehouse Material Handler is responsible for the fulfillment of Customer Orders by retrieving and stacking specific product and quantities as specified on the Pick Ticket/Computer Screen assigned on a pre-determined conveyor and, or pallet. Warehouse Associate - NightsThe team member in this position checks trucks in and out using WMS and is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the trailer loading/unloading to include the pallet handling process. The team member will operate a forklift or work with the LGV (Laser Guided Vehicle) and handling system. This includes checking outbound trailers prior to loading, monitoring all LGV activity in the warehouse, following SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy, prepping loads for cross country shipments and customer requirements, while maintaining a clean, and safe work environment.
Essential Functions
Receives all inbound orders into WMS: spring water, resin, corrugated materials, film, labels, UPS deliveries, Federal Express deliveries, water transfer as needed
Rebuilds damaged pallets prior to restock
Processes RMA's
Consolidates finished goods storage for maximum storage capabilities
Identifies, reports and observes quality issues with finished goods and RMS
Validates new SKU's in WMS to ensure proper LGV storage and handling
Corrects LGV alarms
Monitors Loads
Unloads finished goods and raw material deliveries utilizing a forklift
Maintains pallet storage area; offloads pallets from trailers and stage for LGV's to pick up
Corrects product spills
Manually pulls pallets from production as needed
Supplies production with non-inventory items (glue, bags, labels etc.)
Air Bag Loads
Clears up blocked locations in WMS
May be required to operate a forklift when needed
Facilitates the flow of information between logistics, production and sales to ensure timely and accurate service to customer base
Tests and monitors resin and spring water
Coordinates preload activities including inspecting trailers to ensure all loads are completed on time
Checks in trucks and communicates loading instructions to forklift drivers
Provides correct loading document/bills of lading and truck seals upon leaving the facility
Maintains appropriate records and reports required for daily shipping and inventory control
Involvement in continued process improvement and cost reduction
Maintains a clean, orderly and safe warehouse
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job
Answers/makes phone calls using proper phone etiquette
Communicates with inside and outside contacts to ensure loading of trucks on time and troubleshoot any issues
Coordinates with transportation and production/scheduling to ensure all shipments are flowing in and out of warehouse as scheduled

Loads and unloads trailers, moves merchandise from area to area and uses conveyors or power lift equipment throughout Distribution Center.
Qualifications
·Load and unload merchandise
·Check, verify and audit merchandise and enter data into remote data terminals to ensure that ordered merchandise is as ordered and not damaged
·Identify, separate, label and palletize merchandise to be relocated to appropriate area of distribution centre
·Operate power lift equipment to move and store merchandise
·Replenish pick areas identified by replenishment screens or report various requests for needed merchandise
·Fills merchandise orders by selecting and moving merchandise from active location to conveyor, and/or slot to pallet or box to fill orders
·Load merchandise onto trailers by moving merchandise from conveyor to trailer or from pallet to trailer. Scan non-conveyable or non-diverted merchandise prior to loading on trailer.
·Check merchandise to ensure that shipment is accurate and merchandise is not damaged and is loaded onto proper trailer
·Perform general housekeeping duties
·Perform varied duties (as listed above) depending on department assignment
