Major Responsibilites

Develops and executes on time delivery, inventory turns, and inventory control, adherence to production plans, cost improvements and ensures continued employee growth through development. Manages and controls inventory investment to set goals and objectives for areas of responsibility.
Facilitates and leads strong supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of materials. Investigates potential for delays and/or quality issues, identifies alternative (approved) plans, and engage, elevate when any sourced item will not arrive on time to support the schedule or quality issues arise.
Supports and may establish material departmental budgets; monitors the cost and effectiveness of production planning and scheduling to meet and support customer RK/PK. Supports removal of barriers to improve shipping and receiving by facilitating timely transport of goods within budgets and government regulations.
Establishes and maintains appropriate systems and processes to ensure honest, fair, and ethical work environment; adhering to legal regulations. Manages both human and economic resources.

Qualifications Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or Materials Management/Purchasing or equivalent related experience (5+ years)
