The company is looking to elevate the E2E supply chain through people, process and technology as well as advancing risk management and decision making for the business.
You would be a key member of global leadership team and is responsible for the overall strategy and execution of companies' supply chain and inventory management operations, which includes Procurement, International Trade and Logistics. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading global supply chain teams in a manufacturing environment, and be proactive, detail oriented, agile, with a disposition towards continuous improvement.
Skills And Qualifications
Four-year bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, engineering, or related field; An advanced degree is preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience, and increasing responsibility, in supply chain management, global procurement, and logistics.
Minimum of 5 years leading and managing global supply chain teams.
Strong proficiency with ERPs and specifically SAP.
Experience with budgeting, cost analysis and financial forecasting.
Experience with sourcing for new product development (NPD) and/or R&D activities.

About the Role:
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Operations will play a pivotal role in scaling and optimizing WEKA's global hardware supply chain. This leader will own operational execution across forecasting, S&OP, supplier performance, cost management, and post‑sales support. Develop and lead sourcing strategies for aluminum extrusions and other assigned commodities in alignment with business goals and global market conditions.

Generate and maintain various top management flash reports and monthly market overview reports on key commodities.
Manage supplier negotiations focused on long-term value: pricing, terms, payment schedules, rebates, lead times, and risk mitigation.

Minimum requirements for the role:
