Furthermore, it offers metal roofing and siding products, including rib panels and accessories for residential, agricultural, and commercial customers. The company also serves construction, container, and door industries. Material Sciences Corporation was formerly known as New Star Metals, Inc. and changed its name to Material Sciences Corporation in November 2015. The company was founded in 2010 and is based in Canton, Michigan. Material Sciences Corporation is a former subsidiary of Northern Steel Group, Inc.
