WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW:
You will be responsible for receiving, processing, packing and shipping blood products/samples for hospital orders. You will triage the order based on date and time needed, select and carefully pack life-saving blood products with the correct temperature regulating product to ensure safe transport. You will communicate with hospital clients, volunteers, and vendors, and maintain product records to preserve traceability.

Ensure products/samples are suitable for release for distribution, while meeting production goals.
Perform good inventory management practices throughout the manufacturing and shipping process

Standard Schedule: This is a part-time, weekend position working approximately 15 hours per week. The schedule is third shift Saturday and Sunday 12am-8am.
Pay Information: $19.00 per hour. There is a weekend shift differential for third shift from 12am-7am of $5.00 per hour.

This is a part-time position scheduled according to operational needs. Weekly hours may vary based on shipping volume, incoming equipment, and warehouse workload, and seasonal activity.
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in accordance with GXC standards.
Ensure all equipment is stored properly, clearly labeled, and accessible.
Implement a logical layout for staging, packing, and deployment readiness.
Conduct periodic inspections to ensure equipment and materials are undamaged, operational, and stored neatly.
Receive, document, and inspect all inbound deliveries.
Coordinate outbound shipments, ensuring proper packaging, labeling, and carrier scheduling.
Prepare and palletize CEIA metal detector units and related equipment (power cords, batteries, pack-out cases, etc.) for deployment.
Use pallet jacks, forklift, or similar tools to move heavy items safely and efficiently.

Verify functionality of metal detectors prior to shipment by powering on units and performing basic operational checks.

Track inventory movement in and out of the warehouse using assigned asset tracking tools.
RMA (Return Material Authorization) & Repair Processing
Support RMA coordination by packaging and shipping defective or damaged units to CEIA for repair.
Receive replacement or repaired units, inspect for condition, and update inventory systems accordingly.
Maintain documentation of serial numbers, shipping receipts, and RMA forms for compliance and traceability.
Act as the designated Point of Contact (POC) for the warehouse location.
Monitor and control access to the facility; ensure that all personnel entering the warehouse are authorized and logged.
Report any safety, security, or inventory discrepancies to the Director of Asset Management immediately.
Follow all workplace safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
Inventory & Reporting
Conduct periodic inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain digital and physical records of all inbound/outbound shipments, damaged goods, and warehouse supply usage.
Report low inventory levels or supply needs to the Director of Asset Management promptly.
Equipment Familiarization
Learn basic operation of CEIA OPENGATE metal detectors to perform simple power and function checks (not as a field technician).
Understand safe handling, battery installation, and storage procedures for CEIA units.
Perform light custodial tasks (sweeping, dusting, maintaining workspace cleanliness).
Participate in periodic meetings or training to maintain familiarity with GXC procedures and safety standards.

Qualifications

What do our Innovation/Utility specialists do?
The primary purpose of this role is to perform the dynamic combined aspects of pest control, exclusion services, minor construction, and TAP (Thermal Acoustical Pest) insulation installation allowing you to make a significant impact in the communities we serve.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
* Pest Control: Conduct inspections to identify pest activity, perform pest control services for residential and commercial clients, and install and maintain termite control systems
* TAP Insulation Installation: Efficiently install Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation, ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction while managing job-site preparations and clean-up
* Construction and Repair: Assist with light construction projects, including minor repairs and replacements related to pest damage
* Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to explain services, ensure satisfaction, and provide guidance on pest control measures
* Service Delivery: Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, setting up and building exclusion traps, and ensuring safety protocols are followed

Essential Job Functions:
* Working around animals, insects and termites
* Working in tight, confined spaces such as basements, attics, crawl spaces, narrow aisles, or passageways
* Setting up and building exclusion traps, cuts flashing and forms hardware cloth to specifications
* Removing animals trapped in exclusion devices
* Working in a safety harness from roof tops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
* Completing production forms documenting services provided
* You'll sometimes be working around mechanical parts, vehicles, electrical current, heights and scaffolding, fumes, dust, and chemicals, and we'll train you how to handle all of these conditions safely

Base Pay Range

The Cleveland Museum of Art seeks a tech-savvy, customer-focused part-time ARTLENS Gallery Technician to join the award-winning Digital Innovation and Technology Services department. Technicians greet visitors and guide them through the onboarding process for our innovative interactive digital gallery and app, encouraging them to utilize digital toolsets to look closer, dive deeper, and feel comfortable exploring every gallery in the museum. Requirements

Work Environment
This job operates in a petrochechemical / refinery environment. Exposure to cold working conditions during winter months and hot working conditions during the summer months. Exposure to noise, workers must wear protecting hearing equipment or frequently shout in order to be heard above ambient noise level. In an emergency situation, exposure to hazardous chemicals may occur and the use of a respirator is required. All employees will be required to be fit tested for the various respirators used as well as the ability to successfully pass a pulmonary function test (PFT).
