I love the people that I work with. Additionally, I have the freedom and trust to do my job.
I feel like we often are looking to short term in our financial decision making. Even though we are having record breaking quarters and years, it always seems like we are having to cut costs.
I really enjoy the desk massages that are offered monthly and paid for by the organization.
They are accessible and friendly. You can email them or talk to them easily.
I'd improve the culture by being more willing to ask how the employees are doing and also celebrating successes.
I prepared by researching the organization and also finding connections who work at the company and chatting with them.
I don't really know what the industry average is, but I feel like I am paid fairly.
I think we have as diverse a population as possible.
