This position is located on the northeast side of Indianapolis at our Shadeland Ave. Excel Center. Requirements Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a lead classroom teacher within grades Kindergarten through 6 2+ years of experience serving in a school leadership role Formal training in instructional coaching Bachelor's degree Valid Indiana Educator's license Devout Christian who is a member of, associated with, or seeking to be associated with, a Christ-centered community of faith or a church Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in education 2+ years of experience in a formal teacher leadership role at The Oaks Academy
