Ongoing participation in professional development activities as required by ADE. Strong understanding of special education laws and best practices. Ability to develop and implement effective instructional strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience teaching in a KIPP or other high-performing charter school environment preferred. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
