Under direction of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Tutor/Facilitator will work regularly with cohort in either large group course-specific reviews or smaller group of 5-8 students through the CDM curriculum. The large group reviews will be presented typically before an exam. The smaller groups are a Tutoring intervention for students in academic difficulty or formal Academic Probation. The Tutor/Facilitator will supply effective facilitation in a manner that will improve students' academic skills while developing mastery of subject material. The Writing Tutor provides individualized and group writing support to undergraduate and graduate students at Pacific Oaks College, both in-person and online.
