Under direction of the Associate Dean for Academic Affairs, the Tutor/Facilitator will work regularly with cohort in either large group course-specific reviews or smaller group of 5-8 students through the CDM curriculum. The large group reviews will be presented typically before an exam. The smaller groups are a Tutoring intervention for students in academic difficulty or formal Academic Probation. The Tutor/Facilitator will supply effective facilitation in a manner that will improve students' academic skills while developing mastery of subject material. Student independence rather than Tutor/Facilitator dependence will be the emphasis of Tutor/Facilitator.
