Responsible for facilitating student learning in the Mathematics program, including but not limited to the following courses: College Mathematics, Elementary Algebra with Applications, Intermediate Algebra, College Algebra, Trigonometry, Math Analysis, Finite Mathematics, Calculus, Statistics, Technical Mathematics, Machine Tool Mathematics, and Vocational Mathematics. 2. Develop and plan appropriate instructional strategies and alternative delivery strategies when appropriate including but not limited to hybrid, face-to-face and on-line course delivery. 3. Participate in in-service meetings, staff development training or other activities or programs requested by the Department. 4. Assist and advise students who have problems with assignments, tests, grades, course content, career concerns, and other academic matters. 5. The department is seeking a reflective and innovative educator who will teach 15 contact hours and coordinate the department's dual credit offerings through collaboration with the Early College office and mentoring high school dual credit teachers that are teaching Math Reasoning and Intermediate Algebra across over twenty k12 school districts.
