Pros of working at Mathematica

Excellent camaraderie and a collaborative atmosphere. Engaging work, and excellent co-workers.

Cons of working at Mathematica

In an entry level position there was a lot of variability in what my job entailed, and it was difficult to specialize once I found my area of interest.

Pros of working at Mathematica

Only the people makes it worth going to the office daily. Management is horrible.

Cons of working at Mathematica

Butt kissers are rewarded and managers rise to the level of their incompetence. Don't be over 50 or there more than 10 years because they'll run you out no matter how hard you work. Don't work for Lisa Clune or her minions. You'll regret it

Mathematica benefits

ESOP because it is over valued and when you cash out it will make the pain worth it.
