We have always been 100% independent and 100% remote. We are proud to have built a product that our customers love, and we look for people who have enthusiasm and belief in our mission, vision, and values to join our team. We're also embracing AI thoughtfully - both in how we build and how we hire to ensure our team is adaptable, innovative, and ready for what's next. The role Growth at Kit isn't a side function - it's core to our product strategy. We're looking for a Senior Product Growth Manager to drive high-impact growth initiatives across activation, monetization, and expansion that help creators succeed faster and more predictably. This role is about building durable growth systems that compound over time, not one-off tactics. You'll own key growth surfaces end-to-end - from identifying opportunities to shipping experiments to scaling what works. This is a full-time senior IC role ideal for someone who thrives on measurable impact, enjoys hypothesis-driven experimentation, and is excited to shape how growth systems work at a scaling company. Your support system You'll report to Katie Swett Miller, our Chief Product Officer and collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Lifecycle teams. You'll partner across functions to ensure alignment between product experiences and go-to-market efforts, while having access to a peer group of Product Managers across Kit for support and mentorship. First Six Months: Own and evolve your product-led growth roadmap with at least 3-5 shipped experiments. Lead hypothesis-driven tests that reduce friction in key workflows. Partner with Data to establish clear success metrics and translate insights into product decisions. Successfully improve a core growth metric (activation, conversion, or expansion). First Year: Drive measurable improvement across Kit's growth funnel through systematic experimentation and scaled solutions. Build durable growth systems that contribute meaningfully to Kit's 2025 revenue target and our long-term vision of $100,000,000 ARR from 250,000 creators. Establish yourself as a trusted growth product leader whose work compounds over time. What will S.E.T. you up for success Skills Product-led growth expertise (funnel optimization, experimentation, conversion) Data-informed decision making and quantitative analysis Hypothesis development and experiment design Strong product judgment and prioritization Systems thinking and building for scale Cross-functional influence and collaboration Clear written and verbal communication Experiences 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, expansion) Proven track record driving measurable product-led growth in consumer or prosumer products Deep experience with experimentation frameworks and funnel analysis Led growth initiatives from opportunity identification through scaled impact Partnered closely with data science or analytics teams Exposure to platform or lifecycle growth loops Traits High ownership and autonomy in ambiguous environments Comfort balancing short-term wins with long-term platform health Systems thinker who builds foundations, not just features Low ego, strong collaborator who influences without authority Intellectually curious with a bias toward learning Clear communicator who can articulate strategy, tradeoffs, results at multiple levels Customer-focused while maintaining business discipline What won't set you up for success Seeking highly structured environments with predetermined solutions Preferring tactics over systems thinking Needing extensive direction to identify opportunities Discomfort with data-driven decision making and experimentation Prioritizing features shipped over outcomes achieved Difficulty distinguishing signal from noise in ambiguous situations Working hours and location We're 100% remote with team members across the globe. We work mostly on East Coast time-so if you're based on the West Coast of the United States, Europe, or Asia, you might have a few early mornings or late evenings.
