I think virtual communication platforms will become increasingly important. Schools may tend to use virtual classrooms on days where the weather inhibits in person attendance. Other businesses will use virtual communication platforms to limit travel costs. Also, I believe there will be a continued use and may be increased use of data sorting/mining and statistical software such as Excel, Tableau, and R.
