WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment and support systems
* Respond quickly to breakdowns and equipment failures
* Perform repairs using power tools, welding equipment, test meters, and hand tools
* Work with PLCs, motor circuits, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, and electrical controls
* Dismantle, inspect, and replace parts on packaging lines, conveyors, and pumps
Preventative Maintenance & Safety Compliance
* Execute preventive maintenance per schedule using schematics, blueprints, or technical manuals
* Maintain detailed records of repairs and completed work orders
* Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines, Lockout/Tagout, and all GSF food safety protocols
* Assist fellow mechanics with heavy equipment or complex repairs

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis software (Excel,
Minitab, Power BI).
Experience with high-speed filling, labeling, or case packing systems is a
plus.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional
initiatives.
Hands-on, proactive, and safety-focused approach to continuous
improvement.
