Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation for non-conformances. Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and related documentation. Train employees on quality procedures, inspection techniques, and defect prevention. Work with the Quality Manager and Production Supervisor to improve processes and reduce scrap/rework. Ensure tools, gauges, and inspection equipment are calibrated and in good working order. Serve as liaison between production and quality departments, escalating issues when necessary.
