1993 - Acquired Heath Engineering Acquired Health Engineering, our first Canadian office - servicing AST Repair market.

1999 - Penta Launched Penta, the job management and accounting system, is launched.
2002 - Expanded Turnaround Services Expanded turnaround services and opened Alton, IL office.
2003 - Catoosa Fabrication Division Catoosa Fabrication Division moved into a state-of-the-art facility.
2008 - Opened Specialty Turnaround Division Opened specialty turnaround division in Houston, TX.
