Gary Wood joined MATRIX in 1996 as a sales leader, after a successful career in the computer hardware and software business for almost 20 years. Gary has served in many leadership roles in his time at MATRIX, culminating in his being named CEO in 2018. He has always maintained that understanding the client’s needs is imperative and implementing services and solutions that exceed expectations are his primary focus. The Agile Consulting practice created in 2010 is an example of his strategy, realizing that agility was becoming a much-needed change in order to drive success for clients. Since that time, MATRIX has helped hundreds of clients learn and practice agility.

Jon Davis is responsible for all MATRIX branch and national account sales throughout the US. He has been with MATRIX for over 20 years and his experience ranges from Fortune 100 companies to start-up ventures. Jon leads teams that are passionate about assisting organizations solve problems and individuals manage their careers. Prior to this role, he held positions as Account Executive, Branch Manager and VP of Sales.

Kenny Edgerton joined MATRIX in 2012 as President of MATRIX Telecom Services after retiring from 30 years of engineering and operations service at AT&T. Leveraging his prior career in operations, Kenny moved into the COO role in 2018 and is now focused on operational on growth, optimization and efficiency.
