Gordon has been a MATRIXX board member over the past year and brings extensive global leadership experience in enterprise software, sales and OSS/BSS, as well as a proven track record of driving transformative growth and sales. She most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer for Uptake, an industry leader in industrial artificial intelligence. Prior to joining Uptake, Gordon was the global sales leader for Cisco’s IoT group, a role she assumed after Cisco acquired her previous company, Jasper, an IoT service platform. Before the acquisition, Gordon served as Jasper’s Chief Revenue Officer, helping the company grow from humble beginnings into the leading provider of IoT solutions to Service Providers worldwide. Gordon has also held senior leadership positions with industry leaders Oracle, SAP and PeopleSoft.

Dave Labuda Founder, CEO & CTO MATRIXX was co-founded in 2008 by telecom industry veteran Dave Labuda. His revolutionary vision: making it possible for every Telco & Digital Service Provider to realize the benefits of digital transformation. Dave Labuda co-founded Portal Software in 1994, creating the first real-time billing and revenue management solution for internet and communications service providers. As CTO, he led the architectural design and product strategy of the company. After stepping into the CEO role in 2004, he successfully sold the company to Oracle in 2006. Dave then served as CTO of Oracle’s Communications Global Business Unit until February 2008, providing architectural vision for the new organization and acting as a key advisor on several strategic acquisitions. He started his career at Sun Microsystems working for 8 years in the UNIX Operating Systems group. Dave also serves as a board member for Aria Systems. He holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University and has 13 patents issued with several more pending.

Milan Parikh brings over 17 years of finance, accounting, HR, and operational management experience to Vuze, Inc. His experience spans a variety of industries including entertainment, wireless communications, Internet, and enterprise software, and has been involved in over $200 million in public, private, and debt equity financings. Prior to joining Vuze, Milan was Chief Financial Officer of Sonim Technologies, Inc. He has also held various financial management positions at venture-backed start-ups AlterEgo Networks and Prio (acquired by Infospace in February 2000) and also at publicly-traded companies Pixar Animation Studios and Electronics for Imaging. Milan began his career at Price Waterhouse, where he earned a credential as a Certified Public Accountant. Milan holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

As MATRIXX Software’s Chief Customer Officer, Bill Highstreet works directly with our customers to strengthen our partnerships while ensuring that they achieve total success. Bill has immersed himself into Silicon Valley tech, holding key positions with companies such as Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technologies and Juniper Networks. During his tenure, he established strategic delivery models and tracking methodologies that resulted in significant performance improvements. His wealth of knowledge and professional expertise includes finance, IT, warehouse and distribution operations, software operations, service and support, sales administration and re-marketing.

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from San Jose State University and accreditations from Northwestern University Executive Programs, including Logistics and Distribution Management and Information Technology and Competitive Advantage.

Cliff Johnson is a Chief Operating Officer at Matrixx Software and is based in Dallas, Texas. He has worked as Strategic Advisor at Matrixx Software, Executive and Senior Management at DSC Communications, and VP Operations at Spatial Wireless. Cliff works or has worked as Vice President, Global IoT Service Operations at Øyvind Breilid. He attended University of Dallas between 1988 and 1990.

Marc is recognized as an industry leading subject matter expert in telecommunications systems, with almost thirty years of experience working with customers to define strategies and deploy world-class solutions involving charging, rating, billing, policy and analytics. He has helped some of the largest global service providers to achieve business success.

Marc has held pivotal roles during the rise of competitive carriers, the establishment of real-time charging models, the changing landscape of digital transformation and the move to cloud-based solutions and the Internet-of-Things. Prior to joining MATRIXX, he worked for Openet as CTO for the Americas where he led initiatives for software development, systems consulting and business development. Before joining Openet, Marc was the lead software architect for a market-leading convergent real-time rating and billing system for service providers. He has worked in various project management, product development, and senior consulting roles.

His primary focus is with the evolution of telecom networks to 5G harnessing cloud-native technologies, and with the digital transformation of telecom business systems to embrace hybrid public and private cloud technologies to reduce business costs, achieve greater speed-to-market, and harness a richer set of analytics and machine learning for automated business decisions.

Marc is a leading expert in technologies such as the 5G packet core, cloud-native containers and microservices, Network Function Virtualization (NFV), Software Defined Networks (SDN), 4G Long Term Evolution (LTE) wireless, and the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) as foundational real-time architectures for operators deploying next generation services.

Marc is also a member of the Forbes Technology Council and serves as an Advisory Board Member with Ocient, a company enabling rapid analysis and management of the world’s largest datasets.
