Ynon Kreiz (Hebrew: ינון קרייז; born 1965) is an American-Israeli businessman and current CEO of Mattel. He served as Chairman and CEO of Fox Kids Europe from 1997-2002, Chairman and CEO of television and digital production company Endemol from 2008 to 2011, and as Chairman, CEO and President of web video network Maker Studios, Inc. from 2012 to 2016.

Richard Dickson has been President and Chief Operating Officer since April 2015. From January 2015 to April 2015, he served as President, Chief Brands Officer. He served as Chief Brands Officer from May 2014 to January 2015. From 2010 to 2014, Mr. Dickson served as President and CEO of Branded Businesses at The Jones Group, Inc. From 2008 to 2010, Mr. Dickson served as General Manager and Senior Vice President of Barbie at Mattel. From 2000 to 2008, he was Senior Vice President at Mattel overseeing Consumer Products, Marketing, Media, Entertainment and Packaging. Prior to Mattel, Mr. Dickson served as Vice President of Brand Management and Merchandising at Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. and was a principal with Gloss.com, an e-commerce beauty website he helped develop and manage until its acquisition by Estée Lauder. Mr. Dickson started his career and spent nearly a decade with Bloomingdale's, the leading U.S. fashion retailer.

Anthony DiSilvestro is Chief Financial Officer of Mattel. He oversees the global finance organization, which includes brand finance, commercial finance, financial planning and analysis, global insights and analytics, global shared services, global strategic planning, internal audit, investor relations, mergers and acquisitions, tax and treasury.

Anthony joined Mattel in 2020 with nearly four decades of financial and leadership experience, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Campbell Soup Company, a role he held from 2014 to 2019. In this position, he helped drive a return to growth and oversaw a successful transformation of the Company’s cost structure. He also served in various other financial leadership roles at Campbell Soup Company since 1996, including Senior Vice President - Finance, Treasurer, Controller, Chief Financial Officer of the company’s North America and International divisions, and Head of Strategic Planning and Corporate Development.

Earlier in his career, Anthony spent more than a decade at Scott Paper Company where he held roles of increasing responsibility in the finance organization.

Anthony received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Lawyer and media industry executive with background in entertainment, news, intellectual property, corporate governance, securities and labor and employment law. Experience includes advisory, deal-making and dispute resolution functions, as well as interface with board of directors, internal investigations, crisis management and supervision of a department of more than 300 employees.

Roberto Isaias is an Exec VP/Chief Supply Chain Officer at Mattel. He attended Universidad Anahuac and Tecnológico de Monterrey.
