Replenish soap dispensers and toilet paper in bathrooms and ensure bathroom floors, counters and fixtures are properly sanitized
Adhere to the Universal Precautions and safety procedures always
Utilize all cleaning equipment properly and adhere to safety guidelines
Perform grounds keeping duties (ie, trash collection)
High School diploma, or equivalent, required. At least 1-2 years previous experience in housekeeping, floor technician (i.e., buffing, stripping, etc.) and grounds keeping required.

Ensure the Nashville facility is properly maintained through proactive supervision of the housekeeping staff.
Maintain a list of required tools and supplies for departmental use and ensure proper quantities are available for staff use. Ensure all cleaning supplies should meet OSHA requirements.
Maintain and facilitate coordination of the MWCHC Work Order Tracker system to ensure timely response to work requests. Facilities coordinator should have good judgement on priority of work orders.
Implement the Environment of Care Manual by ensuring completion of daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual inspections.
Coordinate a report of ongoing preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for equipment at three facilities.
Ensure that all packages are distributed to the correct department or properly stored per departmental policy.
Monitor the work of vendors related to facility maintenance, repairs, general services.
Maintains proactive and ongoing communication with Operations Manager and members of the Management Team regarding facility operations and security.
Participate in all Safety and Security Committee Meetings, ensure completion of all required security reports.
Ensures buildings are secure by overseeing security staff and maintaining communication with security system vendor(s).
Follows proper procedure for opening the facility and reporting any security breaches or potential risk.
Adheres to all MWCHC policies and procedures.

Provide advocacy services to adult survivors of sexual assault, adolescent survivors of sexual assault, and the non-offending caregivers of child sexual abuse victims in Middle Tennessee. Advocacy services include but are not limited to safety planning, filing for victims' compensation, communicating between clients and law enforcement or other government agencies, accompanying clients to court, assisting clients in filing police reports, or obtaining orders of protection, and connecting clients to other community resources.

Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer, the Mobile Unit Coordinator will be responsible for the following to include, but not limited to:
Plans, organizes, evaluates, and directs activities of the mobile unit that furthers the mission and vision of the organization through collaboration with the Chief Medical Officer
Serves as an ambassador of the organization to identify appropriate community partners; serves as the primary contact for mobile unit activities.
Develops a schedule of activities for the mobile unit.
Assists with patient registration and non-clinical support during activities.
Produces required reports and data analysis as assigned including monthly quality metrics, audits and annual statistics for the mobile unit.
Coordinates the daily/monthly schedule of mobile unit staff in collaboration with the operations and clinical department leads.
Ensures the safety of the vehicle and occupants by following all organizational, local, state, and federal laws.
Ensures the vehicle is properly prepared for community activities pre/post events; coordinates all required and necessary service and maintenance
Ensures the interior of the vehicle is properly cleaned
Assures compliance with all applicable local, state and federal laws.
Assures organizational policies and procedures are appropriately implemented and adhered to.
Participates in policy and procedure development, updates and revisions.
Maintains patient confidentiality and adheres to Patient Rights and Responsibilities, as issued in the New Hire Orientation.

SUMMARY:, The Registered Dental Hygienist performs clinical examinations of the teeth and surrounding tissues, performs dental prophylactic treatments, and instructs patients in the care of the teeth and mouth.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND R ESPONSIBILITIES:
The following are indicative of the
essential functions required to perform this job successfully. Other duties may be assignedby management.
Administer tablets disclosing degree of oral cleanliness Administer dental caries susceptibility tests
Remove deposits and stains from teeth surfaces of the depth of the gingival sulcus Polish natural and restored surfaces ofteeth
Expose and develop dental x-ray film
Perform clinical examinations of teeth and surrounding tissues, charting results for diagnosis and treatment by dentist
Remove sutures
Place and remove periodontal pack and perform certain other auxiliary treatments as specified in current regulations
Instruct individuals and groups - children and adult, - in the proper care of the teeth and mouth
Follow all policies and procedures of the health center
Perform age specific competency requirements regarding patients
Arrives at work on time and complies with MWCHC attendance and tardiness policies Possesses the ability to get along with co-workers, patients and visitors
Performs other duties as assigned by management
