Responsibilities:

Minimum Required Qualifications:

Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced operating room setting.
Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff.
Strong patient advocacy skills, with a focus on safety, comfort, and confidentiality.
Flexibility to accommodate shift variability, including designated late stays when cases run over.
Commitment to adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
Preferred Education & Experience:
Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of perioperative or operating room nursing experience preferred.
Prior experience working in a hospital surgical setting, preferably in a similar facility.
Certification in perioperative nursing (CNOR) is a plus but not required.
Certifications & Licenses:
Current and active
RN License
in the state of practice.
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly stipend of $360.84, with a taxable weekly pay of approximately $538.43.
