This is a full time, in-house, salaried position with the Software Solutions Integrated Customer Support team. This team uses problem solving skills to research and assist customers and SSI staff. This position will learn the integral operations of the Agvance/Energy Force suite of products. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in business or comparable field of study with a minimum 5 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 12+ years of experience in a production environment, including experience directly managing assemblers and technicians. * Proficiency in MS office applications and in an ERP application SAP ECC, including ability to perform material planning transactions, issuing and closure of work orders, stock transfers. * Experience in Production Planning, to include the evaluation of long-term production requirements and the use of ERP (SAP ECC) to plan timing for component, shop replaceable unit and line replaceable unit issuance, build completion and close-out. * Eligible for Public Trust Clearance.
