ASSOCIATED PEDIATRICIANS, located in Northwest Indiana, just under one hour from Chicago, is seeking a general pediatrician to join our growing practice in preparation for the upcoming retirement of a partner physician. Full-time candidates are preferred, but part-time candidates will be considered. ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
* Case Management (70%)
* Ensure program criteria, referrals and procedures are maintained for SSVF program Veteran participants.
* Develop a case plan with the participant within one week of enrollment with specific short- and long- term goals, when needed.

As a Parent Educator, you will be primarily responsible for collaborating with the supervisor, the case manager and family to provide parenting education to intact families to support the family and prevent placement of the child(ren) out of the home. This individual will also be responsible for working collaboratively with other agencies and community services to strengthen and empower families for change. This position is vital to the child welfare team.
This position is expected to function effectively with regular supervision while following the guidelines given on procedures, along with agency, federal, and state licensing regulatory requirements.
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work directly with families in the home, teaching and demonstrating homemaking skills, parenting needs, and utilize effective resources;
* Observe all family members interactions and redirect family members according to parenting needs and parent and/or child behaviors;
* Provide transportation for parents and children to and from scheduled appointments; •Report all child abuse and neglect;
* Maintain accurate records of family interactions;
* Report progress and make recommendation to case managers for future services;
* Immediately report any significant events, changes in family circumstances, or unusual incidents involving family members;
* Attend all mandated trainings;
* Complete other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor's level degree in Human Services or equivalent level of study from an accredited college;
* Prior work experience in child care, with families, and/or social work, preferred;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Demonstrated ability to be flexible, creative, and compassionate to meet the needs of children;
* Possess basic MS Office Product skills;
* Exercise a high level of confidentiality;
* Must be 21 years old with a valid driver's license with at least 3 years driving experience to operate a vehicle on behalf of Bethany. Must also pass a Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) check and maintain a reliable vehicle with proof of adequate insurance coverage;
* Pass a criminal history screen, including state and local child protection agency registries;

About The Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant | CNA, you will be responsible for delivering and assisting resident with daily needs, including personal care needs, preparation for activity and social programs, and routine activities in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations and licensing requirements. Job Description

Duties/Responsibilities:
Provide initial and on-going training for IFS Supervisors, including on-site training, as needed.
Provide direct supervision of IFS Supervisors to include additional support and expertise with court/legal proceedings, critical decisions, incident reports, and unsuccessful cases.
Provide direct case supervision and team coverage during IFS Supervisory vacancies, leaves of absence, etc. in any of the offices with IFS.
Review case files and paperwork for adherence to quality measures set by the agency and other contractual requirements
Under the direction of the Director of Operations, compile, analyze and provide oversight to any area identified for improvement via the DCFS dashboard report, non-compliance report and through the various file reviews conducted by the agency.
Coordinate initial and ongoing DCFS training enrollment and account access for IFS staff and teams.
Maintain weekly caseload/billing reports (including Flex and Intensive Rate reports).
Problem-solve billing issues and case classification and/or coding issues.
Participate in strategic planning for the IFS program which addresses program growth and exploration of any new DCFS family intervention services.
Participate in all quality improvement activities, as directed.
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Education and Experience:
Master's degree in Social Work, or closely related field, required.
Minimum 5 years IFS child welfare experience with CWEL License, required.
Minimum 3 years IFS Supervisory experience, required.
Professional oral and written communication skills.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality with sensitive information.
Ability to work some evenings.
Must possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Must possess knowledge and understanding of family systems and area social service resources.
