The major functions of this position is:
Provide authentic Maui Jim Prescription Sunglasses to optical retailers and provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the world. To lead and direct the work flow in the Surface department at the direction of the shift supervisor.
Hourly Rate of Pay: $21.50
Shift Differential: $2.00/Hr.
3rd Shift: (Sunday through Thursday) 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM
Essential Duties:
Monitor the workflow through the Surface department. Follow all written procedures to insure proper operation of equipment.
Surface lenses utilizing the proper lab equipment.
Proactively communicate any issues relating to production or personnel to the Supervisor.
Train employees on surface processes and procedures. Responsible for maintaining the training of Lab personnel based on written procedures.
Ensure team members are meeting company and department expectations by providing them with daily feedback, as well as discussing production reports with them.
Communicate and escalate any issues requiring the direction of the Supervisor i.e. behavior or production issues, employee relations issues, etc.
Perform all duties within the Surface Department as needed to ensure the continual flow of production.
Serve as the “go-to” person for Surface Dept inquiries.
Consult with the Equipment Engineer on equipment issues.
Monitor the cleanliness of the department through the use of production personnel.
Maintain constant communication with all personnel to ensure policies and procedures are constant with all shifts.
Troubleshoot and identify corrective action for delays with workflow including spoilage.
Multi-task to maintain an efficient flow of production and breakage.
Work between all Rx departments to accomplish our mutual goal of High Quality, Customer Satisfaction, High Production, and Low Spoilage.
Troubleshoot production delays.
Monitor supply usage and waste.
Multitask to maintain efficient flow of production and breakage.
Assist Customer Service in locating, tracking, and expediting Rx orders through the surface department.
Provide back-up to the shift supervisor in his/her absence.
Perform all other duties as outlined and directed by the Lab Manager/supervisor on a day-to-day basis.
Special Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Fill delivery orders by obtaining the required merchandise and completing appropriate paperwork.
Protect all products and items by utilizing materials such as furniture pads, coverups, and other protection materials supplied by AFR.
Responsible for reading, comprehending, and completing all paperwork associated with the delivery to be completed and ensure the delivery of appropriate merchandise in accordance with customer invoices, delivery/pickup paperwork.
Responsible to maintain the tool kit provided by AFR in good condition and notify if needs any replacement.
Confirm with client that all items delivered are in good condition and make sure that client signed the delivery document.
Driver/Installers are required to inspect the facility they are delivering or picking up items and notating any damage found to the premises by taking a picture and notify their manager, prior to installation or pickup of furniture.
Upon picking up furniture, confirm that all items are in good condition and notify the manager of any damage or missing items. If there is a damaged item, the Driver/Installer must take a picture of the item and send it to the Manager prior to loading it onto the truck.
Ensure customer messages and communications are relayed to appropriate management.
Assist in always maintaining a neat and clean workplace.
Assist with stocking the shipping and receiving department to include lifting and carrying cartons and placing them on appropriate shelves.
Receive a floorplan and instruct and execute the delivery with other helpers.
The Driver/Installer must wear the uniform provided by AFR at all times during work hours.

Major Function of the Position:
To manage all white glove and freight service partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination from pickup to delivery. The role oversees fixture rollouts, transportation provider performance, and the management of the freight audit and bill pay provider, including oversight of the invoice-to-payment cycle. The Logistics Specialist supports cost control initiatives through vendor performance management and continuous process improvement, driving operational excellence and superior customer experience across Maui Jim's logistics network.

Shift - 1st, Monday - Friday
The essential responsibilities and duties of this position are:
Oversee all white glove logistics partnerships, including management of fixture deliveries, transfers, and disposals; ensure adherence to brand presentation standards and service-level expectations.
Serve as business lead for all domestic and international freight programs (Air, Ocean, and LTL); manage freight broker relationships, evaluate bids and spot quotes, and ensure carrier alignment with cost, compliance, and service objectives.
Lead vendor transitions and RFP trial implementations across logistics partners, providing analytical insight and strategic guidance to ensure successful onboarding and performance outcomes.
Monitor carrier and service provider performance metrics, identify trends and inefficiencies, and present data-driven recommendations to leadership for process and cost improvements.
Oversee the freight audit and bill-pay process, partnering with vendors and AP to validate accuracy, resolve discrepancies, and maintain proper G/L mapping and invoice coding logic.
Maintain carrier pricing and contract documentation; ensure timely updates to the freight audit partner to support accurate auditing and financial reporting. Evaluate and streamline the freight payment cycle, recommending and implementing automation or process enhancements to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. Maintain and manage HTS classification and Country of Origin databases, providing data and analysis to support duty rate calculations, costing, and tariff impact reviews.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inbound, outbound, and white glove operations; cross-train team members on carrier management, cost controls, and service-level standards.
Act as key liaison between internal departments (Logistics, Sales Support, Purchasing, Finance, and Distribution Centers) and external logistics providers to ensure alignment of goals, expectations, and performance.
Deliver cost and performance analytics, including freight spend analysis, carrier utilization, and service-level reporting to support business decisions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging data and best practices to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and cost management.
Serve as a functional backup to the Parcel Coordinator and Global Logistics Manager, supporting leadership continuity, duty drawback programs, and project execution as needed.
Perform other professional duties consistent with the scope and objectives of the role as requested or required.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or related field preferred; in lieu of degree, a minimum of five years of progressive experience in transportation and freight management required.
Proven success managing vendor relationships and service performance, preferably in premium retail or consumer goods industries.
Experience with RFP processes, carrier management, and cost analysis. International trade experience a plus.

The overall objective of the department in which this position works is:
Effectively manage the combination of activities involved in the process of moving Maui Jim Sunglasses from the point of manufacture to its ultimate purchase by the consumer.

The major function of the position is:
Manage and execute strategic marketing and sales initiatives as they relate to Strategic accounts. This position will work closely with the US Executive Marketing team to develop focused and effective marketing programs and execute these strategies from a 360 degree vantage point. This position will be responsible for project management, budget, and detailed execution of all Strategic Accounts programs.
Develop, manage, and execute marketing programs and pieces which promote and grow Maui Jim Sunglasses within the Strategic Accounts business.
Manage, develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales of Strategic Accounts, working closely with sales managers for these areas.
Gather all pertinent information via meetings or conference calls and effectively pulling together Marketing Plans and act as Project Manager to execute them in a timely fashion.
Facilitate marketing support for incentives, merchandising campaigns and account facing communications to drive brand support, awareness and sales growth.
Serve as key liaison to Strategic Account Managers for communication flow to/from Maui Jim HQ. Expected to proactively seek out information and opportunity to share with field leaders while advocating for tools, information and support needed by strategic account teams to ensure success with account partners.
Lead the development of comprehensive promotions for Strategic Accounts from inception to implementation.
Work closely with Key Account Sr. Analyst to ensure data and insights are a focal point around incentives and promotions.
Develop digital platforms for Strategic Accounts including micro-sites and digital brand/training apps. Work with in-house creative team and external partners to produce, develop and implement these projects.

The major function of this position is:
To provide support to the accounting team in multiple ways with a dedicated focus on Accounts Receivable. The position will be responsible for the collections of Maui Jim A/R, meeting all customer service level goals such as efficient new customer setup, efficient payment application, answering account calls with aloha and efficiently monitoring of credit hold as well as promoting a different and positive approach to accounts receivable that reflects the Maui Jim way of doing business. Position will require strong analytical skills as well as a process improvement approach to all areas of the business.
Hourly Rate of Pay: $21
Shift Range: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
The essential responsibilities and duties of this position are:
Understand the business and accounting impacts of all of our accounts receivable processes and transactions to make sure they are consistent with our departmental goals and company goals.
Look for opportunities to make collection & credit process more efficient every day.
Be a teammate in identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement as well as taking an active role in participating in implementing solutions.
Apply all payments in an efficient and timely manner while being a teammate in meeting the accounting department's service level commitment to our customers every day.
Ensure general ledger AR postings match payment batches received in the bank. Make any necessary re-class entries, NSF and refund adjustments.
Manage new credit applications for new accounts in an efficient and timely manner which is consistent with the accounting department's service level goals. Analyze credit references, bank references, running credit reports and interacting with sales reps to make sound business decisions.
Review Sales Tax Exemptions to ensure they are completed correctly and updated in software.
Assist tax team with any sales tax audits. Oversee Account Territories and work with Sales Support and Sales Manager to reconcile any chargebacks, adjustments, shortage claims, etc. on a monthly basis.
Must be able to reconcile the AR account, document communication and follow-up with the Accounts Payable and any other internal parties.
Monitor credit hold file for specific territory making consistent and good decisions based on analysis of available information.
Communicate with accounts on issues surrounding credit limits, credit hold, past due as well as reward positive behavior with accounts notifying them on items such as increased credit limits, consecutive on time payments awards and similar incentives.
Assist with handling overflow and accounting calls from Customer Service with Aloha.
Evaluate accounts on a continual basis to ensure credit worthiness and fit with the Maui Jim brand.
Evaluate credit limits to ensure they are creating a healthy environment for growing our accounts where applicable.
Assist in special projects as assigned.

The major function of this position is:
Act as a resource to team members by coaching, monitoring & fielding questions. Manage return department product and process workflow. Communicate effectively with external departments on return and returned product status.

The primary responsibilities and essential duties of this position are:
Provide team leadership by being a role model for performance and morale. Work with Aloha.
Provide team support as the first line of contact for employee inquiries, questions, and concerns. Communicate and escalate issues to the supervisor, as appropriate.
Review completed returned product and orders against department quality standards and provide feedback to team members on a regular basis.
Ensure a consistent high quality customer experience through resolution coaching and feedback to Return team members.
Work closely with supervisor on quality and quantity standards and assist with department turn time goals.

Deliver training to new and existing employees to ensure all department standards are met.

Reconcile returned product from international DCs, brand ambassadors, and events to identify inventory discrepancies and coordinate resolution with appropriate Logistics contact Respond to external department inquiries, including return order status, returned product availability, and resolve return issues.
Other Duties:
Make decisions on financial adjustments on credits.
Provide input on employee reviews with regard to quality and improvements and/or problem areas.
Perform other work related tasks as requested or required.
