My store leader is one of the most incredible people I have ever met (she is amazing!!!)
doesn't offer competitive pay (even though it states they do), very heavy on credit card 'sales'
the 40% off discount and occasional 60%
Nothing anymore.
Being told if we don’t sell credit cards we will lose hours. Or if we don’t cover other peoples shifts we will lose our own shifts.

The personal relationships with customers I made working there. They are huge in customer service.
They clothing requirements are over the top. We had rules of having to dress in the season colors or wear things from the store. The store is pricey so it's hard to be able to afford some stuff even with discounts.
Loved the companies home town feel.
