My store leader is one of the most incredible people I have ever met (she is amazing!!!)

The personal relationships with customers I made working there. They are huge in customer service.
They clothing requirements are over the top. We had rules of having to dress in the season colors or wear things from the store. The store is pricey so it's hard to be able to afford some stuff even with discounts.
Loved the companies home town feel.
