Position Summary & Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
The Help Desk Support Specialist provides timely and effective assistance via email and phone, troubleshooting system and equipment issues and ensuring technical reliability across Maverik's network.
* Respond to inquiries via email and phone, researching and providing accurate information.
* Troubleshoot technical problems, explore solutions, and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
* Maintain and manage the ticketing system with complete and accurate documentation.
* Dispatch vendors or maintenance technicians to resolve store-level equipment issues.
* Support system users with hardware and software challenges, including POS systems, scanners, and printers.
* Analyze data to identify stores experiencing slow fuel flow, pump, or equipment issues.

Physical Requirements
* The job requires repetitive standing, walking, handling, and reaching horizontally. It also involves frequent reaching above the shoulder, reaching below the waist, pushing buttons, bending, stooping, squatting, crouching, kneeling, and pushing. (All activities could have up to 50lbs involved.)
