Ramsharan Kumar is an Assistant Manager to Sr. Vice President & Chief - Infrastructure (Engg., Biomedical & Projects) at Max Healthcare and is based in South, Delhi, Delhi, India. He has worked as Secretary to CMD at Enexco Teknologies India Ltd, Executive Secretary to RSM - Industrial at TotalFinaElf India Ltd., and Personal Secretary to MD at International Land Developers Ltd.. Ramsharan studied at Indira Gandhi National Open University between 2001 and 2006; Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences between 2009 and 2011; and BIEC, PATNA between 2000 and 2001.

Mr. Yogesh Sareen joined Max Healthcare in January 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer and has a total of 32 years of experience. And under his valuable leadership, Max Healthcare has grown into a robust chain of hospitals, delivering the highest standards of medical care at every front. Prior to his role at Max Healthcare, he worked as a member of the senior leadership team, he guided the strategy and execution of growth plans of Fortis Healthcare. He also worked in Europe and China as a part of his stint at Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd., and was General Manager, Corporate and Business Finance, before his elevation to Chief Financial Officer at Fortis Healthcare, where he built a robust Finance and Accounting Function over three and half years. Mr. Sareen, a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 1988, started his career in the industry with Ranbaxy Laboratories in 1988 and has amassed invaluable experience across finance verticals like operational finance, corporate finance, treasury, strategy, and financial planning.

Mr. Anas Wajid, Senior Director and Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, is responsible for spearheading all Brand, Marketing and Sales activities at Max Healthcare to achieve its vision of being the 'most admired healthcare company in the country'. He has more than 17 years of experience in diverse fields such as advertising, retail, healthcare and media. In the healthcare space, he has worked at Apollo Hospitals, Max Healthcare, Artemis Health Institute and most recently at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. Anas has earlier been part of the Hindustan Times group as well, as the National Sales Head for its radio division, Fever 104. In his 3 years stint at Fever 104, Anas oversaw rapid growth in the sales of the organisation. In his previous assignment at Fortis Healthcare Ltd. as the Chief of Sales and Marketing for the group, Anas had been instrumental in driving innovative initiatives in the area of Marketing Communications, Domestic and International Sales. Anas holds an Engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Raipur and has a post-graduate degree in Marketing from the Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh.

Col. Harinder Singh Chehal is an Army veteran with numerous awards and accolades to his name. He served with tanks in the Armoured Corps and flew helicopters in the Army Aviation Corps. He opted for premature retirement in April 2008 after commanding 71 Armoured Regiment and completed his certificate course in Business Administration from IIM– Ahmedabad. Albeit less exciting, but an equally illustrious career followed when he decided to join the Healthcare Sector. His zealous nature and passion for excellence saw him rise rapidly through the ranks to become the COO of Fortis Healthcare in January 2016. Col. Harinder Singh Chehal is currently the Senior Director and Chief Operating Officer – Cluster-2 at Max Healthcare. He is responsible for hospital operation, business development, service excellence and quality management for Max Super Speciality Hospitals at Patparganj, Vaishali, Shalimar Bagh, Noida, Mohali, Bathinda & Dehradun. Prior to Max Healthcare, Col. Harinder Singh Chehal was Chief Operating Officer, NCR at Fortis Healthcare managing all clinical, non-clinical operations, formulation and execution of growth strategy, compliance and governance and various operational excellence strategies for the organization.
