I could not find a pro.
Competition, lack of transparency.
I have no comment at all. Perks. Benefits! Joke
I have zero trust in leadership. My major concern is that this for profit entity would sell its soul for a contract.
Reestablish the basic purpose of Maximus and ensure adequate training and support for employees.
I did not prepare but if I had I would first and foremost evaluate its mission for consistency in its approach to employees.
I have not studied the industry average and cannot honestly answer this question.
Barely adequate and likely to decline in this anti DEI environment.
Going home.
Skills complaint handling, CRM software, Microsoft office, PowerPoint, data entry, call center operations
It closed
Good health care
Continuing support, flexible hours, great work environment
BE more efficient
Relied on my past experience
Had a very diverse group, mainly dealing with Medicare and Insurance issues
Ability help others
Beats a blank
Harrisburg location has poor leadership likely contributing to the high attrition, uses programs that don't function properly causing major stress when performing your job duties, poorly managed, has no clue to true customer focus or customer service. The only company I ever worked for that doesn't use a time clock to record worked hrs, you manually keep track of your own hrs. - is this even legal?
No perks apply to me and the benefits are too expensive.

Implement a time clock system. Truly build around customer service and build & improve employee skills to be more customer service driven. The con to this is that most of your operations & leadership employees have little to no call center experience, which explain why the call centers have issues being customer focused and seem to be more client focused.

Below average.
When you need to use third party translating companies to translate the calls, not diverse enough.
When my callers express how unexpectedly pleasant and professional their call was. The end of my shift.
Plenty of over time
Easy to acculate points against you
PTO and bonuses during open season
The team work
That I can't stay with the company and transfer to another state
The bonus
I enjoyed the ability to be at home and the benefits.
I did not like that they were not diverse enough.
Remote
Money and the opportunity to grow
The managers were unfair and biased
The healthcare
I really like the pay and the hours I would work .
There was nothing I didnt really not like about working there. And coaching wasnt really that great either .
Incentives when always being on time and also the you could accumulate time off so thats great for emergencys or vacation
Low pay for massive amount of work, shorter break times, unbalanced work and family life, not enough PTO accumulation
Healthcare/1-2 week Vacation/ Sick days/401K and Work-Life Balance
Convenient schedule
Dislike call centers when clients are not happy
Retirement and medical
The ability to work from home
Pay rate is to low. I am searching for another job pay rate is higher and the ability to advance.
Health Insurance, Dental and vison
The people
Switching programs was not my favorite
The environment was peaceful and organized
Remote from home work.
Laid off due to lack of call volume. Not at fault for their business not working out.

Pay/workload
PTO was the best thing about working at Maximus. We acquired PTO on weekly basis.
I learned a lot from this company and the staff was very friendly.
My hours were changed to a night shift and a 4-10 schedule.
I really enjoyed the atmosphere and wide range of opportunities they had available.
Company is receptive to employee requests. Great team leads and good working environment.
Currently on a limited contract. May or may not be extended due to course of Covid 19 pandemic.
Currently 100% remote. Room to advance.
My colleagues- because of the discrepancies at the leadership level - I felt very united and has a strong sense of camaraderie with middle management
Favoritism by leadership and disparity in salaries and titles- very top heavy at the senior level.
The freedom to plan events and incentive programs for employees. While the budget was sparse, it forced me to be more creative, and without a lot of oversight. It made me more resourceful, and my team closer because we depended on one another.
Working with a diverse workforce. Employee Relations issues. Change management. Keeping positive attitude during difficult situations.
Commute. Communication between departments lacking at times.
Pay and working with many great employees.
Advancement and opportunity to grow
Salary doesn't match my work
Learn every day new things, opportunity to voice my opinion
Pay and part time schedule.
Stressful environments because of calls.
Part time schedule.
Although the company is large, I get to work in a small office and help people in the community every day.
The learning process for the corporation is long, stressful, and confusing.
I have the freedom to make a difference in my area, and share my thoughts and ideas with my team.
I love the people that I work with. The work is relatively easy to understand and everyone is there to help.
I have too much free time. I feel like I was hired to do busy work, instead of making excellent decisions using data in order to increase efficiency or make smart business decisions.
