Description & Requirements Maximus is currently hiring Bilingual Customer Service Representatives (English and Spanish Calls) to join our team! This position is responsible for supporting our Health Texas project by providing customer care and benefit enrollment services via telephone, IVR and web-based portals. To prepare for this role, Maximus provides paid, comprehensive training that equips our CSRs with the highest levels of knowledge and professionalism. Please note, these are full-time, hybrid roles- you will begin training on site for the first week and then have the option to work from home. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Answer incoming calls from consumers including the general public, prospective enrollees and people assisting enrollees or acting on their behalf in accordance with all performance standards, policy and procedures, and protocols including but not limited to the confidentiality and privacy policies. * Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems. * Complete associated tasks according to the established guidelines. * Track and document all inquiries using the applicable systems. * Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and other key performance metrics. * Facilitate the fulfillment of caller requests for materials via mail, email, or download. * Transfer/refer consumers to appropriate entities according to the established guidelines. * Escalate calls or issues to the appropriate designated staff for resolution as needed. * Facilitate translation services for non-English speaking callers according to procedures. * Attend meetings and trainings as requested and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all programs and systems. Cooperstown Center is hiring a Registered Dietitian (RD) in Cooperstown, NY. Assess / monitor the residents' nutritional status, provide recommendations to medical staff, and develop adequate care plans Evaluate special needs of residents regarding nutrition support, skin breakdown, and significant weight issues Coordinate procurement of nutrition support supplies and oral supplements with outside vendors as well as involved department heads Monitor resident meal service to ensure diet modifications are followed Educate residents, families and staff in concepts of nutrition & diet modification Routinely evaluate Dietary Care plans for effectiveness to ensure high quality of care Meet weekly with interdisciplinary team to review and adjust residents' plan of care Work closely with Speech-Language Pathologist to ensure appropriate mechanically altered diets are provided for residents with dysphagia Reviewing all menu changes to ensure they follow facility's policies/procedures & State/Federal guidelines Update diet order and menu changes in computer menu software on a daily basis Supervising & working closely with the dietary team to provide excellent resident care Conduct audits of areas relevant to providing quality nutrition care on a routine basis Ensure facility is in compliance with regulations and policies on weight monitoring Communicate with interdisciplinary team on a daily basis to provide quality care to residents REQUIREMENTS: Must be a Registered Dietitian Degree in Nutrition or Dietetics Exceptional interpersonal & leadership skills Knowledge of applicable state and federal guidelines Computer literacy and proficiency with EMR software and computer-based menu systems About us: Cooperstown Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is a 174-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility located in the heart of the Mohawk Valley and just minutes away from the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum. Work Shift Job Summary: Administers all forms of respiratory care to patients in accordance with physician orders and most recent clinical standards to patients. Care will include oxygen therapy, administration of therapeutic aerosols, pulmonary clearance techniques, arterial blood gas draws and interpretation, basic spirometry, mechanical ventilation, emergency life support procedures and airway maintenance. Additional responsibilities include air/ground transport of neonatal/pediatric critical care patients from other hospitals. Core Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Administers respiratory care modalities to patients. Assess patient conditions per AARC guidelines. Evaluates the effectiveness of therapy and recommends modification of therapy to physicians. Demonstrates knowledge of pulmonary anatomy and physiology during rounds and report. Familiar with diagnostic procedures utilized in the diagnosis of pulmonary diseases. Correctly applies advanced modalities in a critical care setting. Has sound knowledge of respiratory medications and pharmacologic action, dose, side effects, and method of administration. Serves as a respiratory consultant at the request of the physician. Cites AARC guidelines and remains current in the field of Respiratory Care. Demonstrates knowledge of clinical chemistries to include ABGs and basic electrolytes in both adult and geriatric patients. Skillfully establishes and maintains artificial airways in emergencies. Conforms to infection control policies and procedures. Participates in quality improvement projects as requested. Facilitates patient discharge to home and provides patient and family education. Provides clinical assistance in the orientation of new employees and students on clinical rotation. Participates in education programs as requested. Maintains BLS certification. Conforms to departmental and hospital policies and procedures and can readily locate when the need arises. Provides leadership to staff in the absence of the Lead Therapist. Demonstrates the ability to resolve difficult situations with finesse and skill. Ability to prioritize delivery of care when the need arises. Demonstrates good oral and written communication skills and assures all documentation is accurate, legible and in accordance with department policy. Can effectively use hospital information systems skillfully and complies with security-related policies. Plans workload to complete assigned treatments and procedures within AARC time standards. Follows up on all patients transferred out of their assigned units to assure proper handoff and continuation of care. Prepares equipment and participates in the coordination of patient transports both in and outside the hospital. Operates and troubleshoots all equipment in the primary area of responsibility. Cleans assembles and restocks equipment in assigned unit or floor.
