David Graziosi joined Allison Transmission in November 2007 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. In January 2016, he was promoted to the additional role of President. In his time with Allison, Mr. Graziosi has been instrumental in all aspects of financial management, including debt and equity planning and execution, budgeting, pricing, and investor relations –including the company’s IPO in 2012. Prior to joining Covalence Specialty Materials Corporation, he held various positions in the industry, including Vice President of Finance Precursors and Epoxy Resins at Hexion Specialty Chemicals from 2005 to 2006 and Executive Vice President and CFO at Resolution Performance Products from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, he served as Vice President and CFO of General Chemical Industrial Products, as Finance Director of GenTek and as Internal Audit Director and Assistant Corporate Controller at Sun Chemical Group. Mr. Graziosi is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, non-practicing). He earned a bachelor’s degree in business economics from the State University of New York (SUNY) and an MBA in finance from Rutgers University.

Sachin Lawande is currently President of HARMAN’s Infotainment Division. Mr. Lawande is responsible for all worldwide operations, direction, and performance of the division, as well as infotainment design, engineering, and production. From 2011 to 2013, Mr. Lawande served the dual role as the Co-President of HARMAN’s Lifestyle and Infotainment Divisions. Prior to that, he served as Chief Innovation Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Co-President, Automotive Division at Harman, responsible for guiding software strategy, development partnerships, and key customer relationships. He was instrumental in launching an offshore development center in India as part of Harman's strategy for optimizing its global engineering footprint. Mr. Lawande joined Harman International in 2006, following senior roles at QNX Software Systems and 3Com Corporation. As Vice President of Engineering Services of QNX Software Systems, Mr. Lawande was responsible for pre- and post-sales customer support, custom engineering, system integration, design consulting, and training services at QNX Software. While at QNX, he oversaw the market introduction of new operating system capabilities, such as power management, advanced graphics, and enhanced networking features. Before joining QNX, Mr. Lawande was responsible for development of networking and consumer electronics systems at corporate giants such as AT&T Bell Labs, U.S. Robotics, and 3Com. He was a key contributor to an array of leading-edge products, including the Total Control remote access server, U.S. Robotics Sportster modems, and 3Com's Ergo product line. Mr. Lawande has a wealth of experience in developing embedded systems and software. He holds three patents in Communications Software and is a founding Member of COMPASS, a Chicago-area organization of embedded software and IT professionals. He holds a Bachelors Degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from Bombay University in India and a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering from Southern Illinois University.
