Role Summary The Lead, Pre-construction & Cost Controls Manager is responsible for implementing, managing, and maintaining cost control systems for a Rivian facility project in Atlanta. In this role, you will use existing workflows while also creating new workflows to ensure project estimates and costs are recorded and tracked per Rivian standards. The Pre-construction Manager will assist in preparing cost estimates and perform quantity takeoffs. The role shall support the project team by using historical cost data, market trends, quotes and any other means to ensure cost accuracy. Responsibilities Develop project estimates using first-principles methodology, considering materials, labor, and unique site conditions. Establish and maintain project cost controls and change management processes to support project management throughout the project lifecycle. Design and document cost and change control procedures, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements for vendor agreements.
