What Do You Like About Working There?

I like the staff, this place gives me a good opportunity to learn and teach, two of the things I actually really enjoy doing. I am very much into learning how things work and how there may be a way to help improve the process. Show More

What DON'T You Like About Working There?

Sometimes management is not on the same page as the rest of the staff. I am the TL and was not really taught on how to do my job. I love learning as I go but it doesn't give me the best opportunity to teach correctly. We are all pretty much worked till exhaustion on a regular basis and are not given the help needed. Raises I personally feel aren't the best and a lot of staff struggles with that. Show More

The health benefits are my favorite. We have really good and affordable benefits. They also provide reimbursement for school and a few other little perks. Show More
