Manage patient's care in a face to face or a virtual setting. Independently performs and interprets non-imaging and cardiopulmonary stress tests, echo stress tests, cardiopulmonary sestamibi stress tests, pulmonary function tests, oxygen saturation measurements, body composition analysis using DXA (dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry),six minute walk tests, EECP, neuromuscular screenings, psychological screenings, sleep apnea screenings, and strength assessments. Develops and implements treatment plans for patients, including disease management education, counseling and support to patients and family members involved, exercise prescription, proper exercise training and technique, safe use of exercise equipment, identification of cardiovascular symptoms, cardiac medication education, and modification of cardiovascular risk factors.
