We seek to identify an early to mid-career investigator who would collaborate with our DG multi-disciplinary team, would be able to serve as a mentor to promote junior faculty development and grant writing, and would provide much needed insight and internal know how to advance the science of head and neck cancer at Mayo Clinic.
Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery
Otolaryngology at Mayo Clinic is ranked 4th in the U.S. News & World Report. Our department is actively engaged in multidisciplinary partnerships across the institution. The registered nurse (RN) in the Internal Travel Team at Mayo Clinic will rotate across Mayo Clinic sites in Arizona, Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin as determined by patient care needs.

As a Physical Therapy Aide, you will be responsible for:
* Assists with age specific patient care as directed by therapists to patients of all ages. Includes safe transportation of patients by using appropriate and safe body mechanics.
* Maintains and order supplies for patient care.
* Performs routine cleaning of the Rehabilitation Services department. Includes setting up patient's arrival and cleaning areas after treatment, stocking supplies, obtaining and delivering equipment to patients.
* Provides excellent customer service by communicating effectively and respectfully with patients, families, visitors, physicians, community, referral sources and Rehabilitation Services team.
* Demonstrates strong patient and customer focus and gives positive representation of the Rehabilitation department to other departments and customers.
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma/G.E.D. or
* in lieu of a diploma/G.E.D., 3+ years of experience in healthcare involving direct patient care.
* 1-year medical experience
* Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
* Workplace Violence
Preferred Qualifications
* Recent experience (within last year) in Rehab or as PT Aide
* Direct Care Worker-CNA

As a Lab Processing Assistant, you will perform a variety of tasks including:
Performs pre-analytic specimen processing.
Operate a variety of laboratory and office equipment.
Enters information and test orders into the laboratory computer system.
