The Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high quality diagnostic imaging, provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice, and workscollaboratively with all members of the health care team.
Schedule: This position will be working 1.0 FTE (80 hours every two weeks). The shift length will be 8 hour day shiffts. This position will not work call or weekends.
DIRECT PATIENT CARE- Maintains patient care

Required Qualifications
* Vocational School Technical training or Associate of Science
* 5 years experience in adult MRI imaging with frequent interactions and an understanding of cardiovascular medicine
* Cardiovascular MRI imaging equipment and post processing platforms
* ARRT Registered with MRI certification
* Ability to become ARRT registered in back-up modality (CT) within 36 months
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year Cardiovascular MRI experience with adults

Here at Fairview, we are now hiring a CTTechnologist to join our imaging department at St John's Hospital in Maplewood, MN! This is a 1.0 FTE (80 hours per 2 weeks) position that will work on the evening shift with start times between 1PM - 4PM, Monday through Friday. NO weekends!
* If the majority of your allocated shift hours are worked between 3pm - 11pm, your hours worked in this shift will receive an additional $6.00 per hour, on top of your base rate & shift differentials
The Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist functions independently based on the boundaries of professional practice in performing all major work responsibilities. The Technologist provides services to patients and physicians through the creation of high quality diagnostic imaging, provides quality age-appropriate patient care according to established standards of practice, and works collaboratively with all members of the health care team. The technologist is responsible for performing the responsibilities in accordance with all policy, procedures, and regulatory agency requirements (ARRT).
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus that is prorated based on experience.
Responsibilities
* Performs individualized, compassionate patient care
* Performs high quality examinations
* Identifies relevant data from images accurately
* Uses appropriate communication skills to meet patient/family, and other customer needs.
* Communicates pertinent data clearly to the appropriate health care professional
* Verify patient identification and documentation
* Communicate with and educate patient regarding pertinent information during all aspects of exam
Required Qualifications
* Current Registration with American Registry Radiologic Technology
* Basic Life Support (American Heart Assoc or Red Cross)
Preferred Qualifications
* 1 year or more years of experience in a related role
* Previous ambulatory care experience
* Additional certifications in Imaging
* ARRT CT certification or successful completion within 1-1/2 Yrs
* Strong interpersonal skills

Fairview Range is hiring a Medical Imaging Assistant for our Diagnostic Imaging Department in Hibbing, MN. As a Medical Imaging Assistant, you are responsible for providing diagnostic imaging support for patients with the knowledge and ability to collect information, assess, and intervene as appropriate in the care of patients. Coordinates and works with the other members of the patient care team by performing a wide range of administrative and clinical functions. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, insurance verification, rooming patients, taking vitals and health history, documenting in an electronic medical record, assisting technologists and RNs, and other duties as assigned.
Schedule: This position will work 72 to 80 hours per two weeks. The shift length will be 8-hours on the Day/Evening shift. Weekends: As Needed

As a Medical Imaging Assistant, you are responsible for:
* Documentation and Charting
* Documents orders accurately in accordance with RRHS's policies and procedures
* Responsible for documenting patient information
* Direct Patient Care
* Obtains health history from the patient
* Sanitizing medical equipment in accordance with infection prevention policies
* Prepares patient for exam and explains to the patient in laymen's terms
* Cleaning and stocking of supplies for the exam rooms
* Answering telephone calls and calling outside facilities for prior imaging
* Transferring patients
Required Qualifications
* High School or GED
Preferred Qualifications
* Completion of CNA or CMA training program
* Experience in Medical Assisting, Nursing Assistant, or assistant in Imaging
