We also employ approaches including CUT&Tag, CUT&RUN, ATAC-seq, RNA-seq, CRISPR, genetic/epigenetic editing, and integrative bioinformatic analyses to explore the functional importance of epigenetic regulation in CLL progression and drug resistance.
