Responsibilities
The Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant works both independently and in collaboration with surgical consultants, fellows/residents, nursing and other staff to provide high quality outpatient care in a busy Breast and Melanoma surgical practice. The APP is responsible for performing independent preoperative assessment, coordination of patient care, and patient management for breast and melanoma surgical patients in both the preoperative and postoperative outpatient setting. Time is spent both in independent clinic and in clinic with the surgeons in a collaborative setting. Provision of care includes, but is not limited to: comprehensive physical assessment, ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests, performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, and educating and counseling patients and their families.
The APP will work alongside another Breast and Melanoma surgery APP and multiple surgical APPs providing care in the outpatient clinic. The APP will also work very closely with our colleagues in Plastic Surgery, Medical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology. This position is 100% outpatient clinic practice with no call, holidays or weekends.
Qualifications
Masters prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program. Current Minnesota RN license and certification, or eligible to be certified, as an ANP, ACNP, or FNP.
Or, graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by the NCCPA and registration as a PA by the Minnesota State Board of Medical Practice. The NP/PA must be eligible for DEA registration.
Must be eligible for DEA registration and billing privileges. Strong written and oral communication skills are required and must have demonstrated skill in working collaboratively with all members of the healthcare team.

The Department of Cardiovascular Diseases at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, is seeking a board certified physician with a focus in wound care to join our team.
The Department of Cardiovascular Diseases is comprised of over 130 specialists of which 13 participate in the Division of Vascular Cardiology. The division is based in the Gonda Vascular Center, a multidisciplinary practice involving 49 physicians from disciplines including vascular surgery, vascular medicine, vascular radiology, cardiology, hematology, physical medicine, rheumatology, and general internal medicine. Within this space, the Vascular Medicine practice is comprised of multiple clinics and laboratories (vascular medicine, thrombophilia, the non-invasive vascular physiologic laboratory, vascular ultrasound, vein clinic, wound care clinic, vasculitis clinic, and vascular medicine hospital consult service). There is an active educational program including teaching learners at all stages of education including the Mayo Medical School (with 160 students), Internal Medicine residency program (residents participate in elective 1 month rotations in Vascular Medicine), Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education (Vascular Medicine and Cardiology), and the Mayo School of Continuous Professional Development. Additionally, several members of the section have active translational and epidemiologic research programs. This is a full-time position with a significant allocation to the clinical practice. This role could include participation in the various Vascular Center clinics as well as patient care assignments to the Vascular Medicine hospital consultative practice based on candidate experience and training. The position carries an academic appointment to the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine.
**Qualifications**
**License / certification:** Candidates must hold an MD/DO or equivalent degree and board-certified in their designated specialty. A Wound Care certification is required (ABWMS, ACCWS, ABMS or other qualifying wound certification). The ideal candidate will be passionate about wound care, in all three shields. clinical, research and education.
Experience or training in vascular disease evaluation and management is an advantage (includes peripheral arterial disease, venous disease, lymphatic diseases, thrombophilia and clotting disorders, or vasculitis.)

The salary range for this position is $240,000 to $250,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

Mass General Brigham is seeking a part time, Urgent Care Supervising Physician (FM, EM or Med-Peds.) for our Urgent Care site in Andover, MA. Preference to candidates who have an Emergency Medicine background and have flexibility to cross cover both the Andover and Lawrence sites. Andover is a suburban town located in Essex County, in northeastern Massachusetts, approximately 25 miles north of Boston and 5 miles south of Lawrence.

This role offers the chance to apply your emergency department experience and skills in a fast-paced setting, where you will care for a wide range of patients, presenting for highly acute illness, injury, or in need of a procedure.
What You'll Do
* Productive and positive team-based environment
* Supervisory responsibilities for 6 APPs
* Average of 3 patients per clinician per hour
* On-site imaging, X-ray and POC testing including COVID, flu, RSV, and STIs
* Access to imaging at nearby Mass General Brigham locations
Schedule:
* Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
* Saturday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
* Sunday, 8:30 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
