    Provides IT support for vended and custom applications, including resolving highly complex issues, and assists with data security, redundancy, and support in collaboration with more senior technical staff. May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support. The successful candidate will be experienced in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including possessing knowledge on how to securely design, develop, implement, and maintain custom and vended software. This position will help create and support adherence to Mayo Clinic's Secure Software Development Life Cycle (S-SDLC). Key Responsibilities Design, build, and/or collaborate with Risk, OIS, and the Transition Services teams to implement DevSecOps processes and procedures to meet institutional and regulatory standards. Understand and advocate for DevSecOps practices, embedding security controls into every phase of the defined S-SDLC process. Provide technical leadership on CI/CD pipelines and automated testing. Provide project leadership to staff members, promoting secure coding practices, security-first design principles, and risk mitigation approaches to both established and immature development teams. Define KPIs and generate metrics to demonstrate S-SDLC compliance and audit readiness. Act as a liaison to Mayo departments and vendors to ensure security and compliance requirements have been met, routinely interfacing with Mayo staff to ensure knowledge sharing.
