Job Overview The Pillars of Mankato provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments for seniors in a specially designed community. Job Overview The Pillars of Mankato provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care apartments for seniors in a specially designed community. We incorporate the seven components of wellness (emotional, physical, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental, and occupational) into our 118 units that make up The Pillars. The Resident Assistant is responsible for providing personal care and designated health-related services to enhance and/or maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being. This role is provided training to pass medications as this will be part of their regular duties.
