Learning from an environment with excellent standards of care and experiences while I was in nursing school and 5 years after.
None. Many opportunities to learn and Expand in a enthusiastic atmosphere.
I like the staff, this place gives me a good opportunity to learn and teach, two of the things I actually really enjoy doing. I am very much into learning how things work and how there may be a way to help improve the process.
Sometimes management is not on the same page as the rest of the staff. I am the TL and was not really taught on how to do my job. I love learning as I go but it doesn't give me the best opportunity to teach correctly. We are all pretty much worked till exhaustion on a regular basis and are not given the help needed. Raises I personally feel aren't the best and a lot of staff struggles with that.
The health benefits are my favorite. We have really good and affordable benefits. They also provide reimbursement for school and a few other little perks.
The collaborative work environment

My family is from Rochester, and I have always loved the Clinic
They have are Ethical and pay well
I honestly like working there
I am able to work from home.
Good pay/benefits
The rolling calendar occurrence system, the lack of leadership response to employee complaints
I'm too low on the totem pole to have any besides health insurance
My co-workers were great. Real salt of the earth types.
Mayo had taken over the community hospital and it was pretty clear they didn't have the same connection to it as the locals did.
There weren't many perks or benefits.
