Bob Kamphuis has 38 years of business and finance experience. He currently holds the positions of Chairman of the Board, President & CEO of Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. (MEC) headquartered in Mayville, Wisconsin with 16 plants located in Michigan, Mississippi, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.As Chairman of the Board, Bob is responsible for developing the vision and setting the strategic direction for the company, while ensuring its long-term success through a focus on superior value creation for all MEC stakeholders.As President & CEO, Bob drives business development and performance across five MEC divisions and has realized a sales CAGR of 12.5% during his tenure. MEC has been recognized by The FABRICATOR magazine as the largest fabricator in the U.S. for the last 7 years, by Inc. magazine as one of the top 5000 fastest growing private companies in the U.S. for the last three years, and by Deloitte on their Wisconsin 75 list as one of Wisconsin’s largest privately owned companies for the last 13 years.Bob is the also a board member and past Chairman of Wisconsin Manufacturers & Commerce (WMC) as well as a board member of Brakebush Brothers, Inc. and The Nordic Group of Companies, Ltd. Bob is also a member of the UW System Business Council, the John Deere Direct Material Supplier Council, the Harley Davidson Supplier Advisory Council, and the Volvo Executive Corporate Club at Mebane Manor in Dublin, VA. In the past, Bob served as Chairman of the Mercury Marine Supplier Advisory Council, as well as Chairman of the CEO’s Council for Manufacturers Alliance for Productivity and Innovation (MAPI).Bob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, and is a graduate of the Executive International Leadership Program at Stanford University. Bob is also a licensed CPA and a member of WICPA.

Mr. Todd M. Butz has been Chief Financial Officer at Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. since January 2015. Mr. Butz started with MEC in 2008 as the assistant controller and has been promoted several times while assuming increasing responsibility. In his new role as chief financial officer, Mr. Butz is responsible for all of the accounting, budgeting and treasury activities for the company. He has developed extensive experience at MEC and also draws from previous finance and financial management positions at Mercury Marine and public accounting firm Schenck SC. Mr. Butz is a certified public accountant, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Marian University in year 1994-1999 and a Master of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma State University in year 2008-2009.
