Our growing company is seeking to hire a Welder (Manual/Robotic). As an employee/owner at MEC, you will be responsible for preparing metal for weld operations per customer specifications, drawings, and instructions from engineering. Primary duty is performing welding operations on various customer products using manual and/or robotic welding equipment. A role like this comes with some important responsibilities, some of those responsibilities include: * Using provided setup sheet operators verify correct filler metal is installed, changes filler as needed. * Adjusts weld gas flow per given wps instructions. * Sets up manual weld machine or downloads program per set up sheet instructions. * Verifies proper tooling is installed in the robot or staged in manual area. * Reviews weld requirements from weld prints (size, spacing, location, ECT). * Loads and locates parts into tooling per print and work instructions. * Welds part per custumer provided prints. * Removes weld spatter and scale from finished parts. * May be required to remove material by grinding (metal finishing) using power tools and manually to meet customer specifications. * Performs quality checks per set up sheet. * Maintains welding equipment and sees that work area is orderly and clean. * Setup and operate robotic weld cells. * Required to rework parts up to customer specifications. * All other duties assigned Why Work for MEC? POSITION SUMMARY Sales Representative is responsible for daily service and selling of Hose Master Products. Provide sales and customer service support for flexible metal piping products and hoses Deliver company value proposition via phone (inbound and outbound) and email on daily basis. Additional focus on reactivating inactive customers and recruiting new customers as assigned and reach out to customers that we recently quoted to secure the PO or find out why the PO was not achieved. Ability to take charge when necessary and initiate actions on behalf of customers. MS Office application experience. Complex problem-solving and decision-making skills. The Key Accounts & OEM Sales Manager drives Hose Master's growth, retention, and strategic alignment with Key Accounts as well as OEMs. This role integrates commercial, technical, and operational leadership to strengthen customer relationships, ensure performance excellence, and expand market presence in engineered flexible metal tubing solutions. RESPONSIBILITIES The Key Accounts & OEM Sales Manager will have key account ownership of a defined customer list such as Swagelok, Parker, McMaster-Carr, and Grainger with following responsibilities: Grow sales through product expansion, engineered solutions and market extension by partnering with the customer leadership team, marketing/sales, sourcing, engineering, and other key departments of the customer that impact Hose Master sales development.
