The contributions you will make:
This position is responsible for the management and servicing of high risk asset portfolio's across an assigned region or territory. Evaluates, underwrites and makes credit decisions for commercial, traditional, investor, and consumer loan requests originated by Compeer team members and decides if the characteristics of the credit package present an acceptable level of credit risk for the organization. Provides relationship based financial solutions for farmers, investors, and rural consumers in area of expertise within delegated authority. May be assigned a specific industry or subject matter on which to focus.

Credit Analysis and Decision Making
Analyzes financial and supporting information submitted for formal and informal lending and servicing requests.
Identifies, communicates, and assists in the collection of financial information required to process lending and servicing requests.
Approves, declines, or escalates credit decision to higher authority levels as required.
Determines appropriate level of analysis and due diligence required based on credit risk
Determines appropriate account classification and probability of default rating.
Effectively communicates the credit decision, terms, conditions, and findings through a formal narrative write-up.
Establishes loan conditions and closing requirements for approved actions.
Answers questions and provides direction on any credit related issues that arise during the processing, closing, and servicing of lending transactions.
Serves as a resource to credit team members regarding policies, procedures, and credit related matters.
Credit Counseling
Partners with team members to provide credit counsel and financial solution options for clients.
Determines how to structure credits to meet internal lending requirements, client expectations, and the organizations growth objectives.
Meets with clients to provide quantitative assessments of financial performance in relation to internal lending standards.
Monitors assigned credit leasing portfolio and assists Farm Credit Leasing Special Assets and Compeer Risk Asset units as required in servicing delinquent and stressed accounts.

Collection Services
Conducts and participates in complex negotiations for collecting or correcting non-performing accounts.
Approves or denies restructuring applications, standstill agreements and re-amortizations.

Inspects security to determine condition and approves partial release of security.
Discusses collection strategies with peers, legal counsel, and various research companies to develop the best collection strategy

The skills and experience we prefer you have:
Bachelor's degree in agriculture, finance, accounting, or related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job.

Grade level eligibility and salaries vary depending upon background, including experience and education, and duty location of the opportunity. When lives are on the line, Navy Aviation Rescue Swimmers (AIRRs) are exceptionally adept at answering the call. These brave men and women embody the courage of Americas Navy readily going into harms way to complete their rescue missions in some of the most extreme environments imaginable. As part of the most elite helicopter emergency response team in the world, youll be tasked with saving the lives of people caught in the waves. Living by the motto, So others may live, rescue swimmers put their skills to the test for others each time they leap into the sea.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Aviation Rescue Swimmers are tasked with entering treacherous conditions to assist with rescue missions, humanitarian assistance and operational support. One day you may be evacuating families on the other side of the globe amidst a catastrophic storm and the next day rescuing the crew of a ship off the Pacific coast or saving a mountain climber hanging from an inaccessible cliff.
Depending on your role, duties may include:
Coordinating with pilots as an Aircrewman aboard helicopters.
Saving the crew of downed aircraft, people aboard stranded or capsized vessels at sea, or hikers and mountain climbers in danger.
Rescuing civilians during natural disasters in collaboration with other forces such as the Coast Guard.
Delivering aid and supplies to other countries in humanitarian operations.
Providing support to Naval Special Warfare Operations.
Conducting surveillance in anti-submarine warfare and drug interdiction operations.
Operating radar, forward-looking infrared sensors, missile systems and door guns in anti-surface operations.
Transporting troops and cargo to and from ships.
In this role, you will specialize as a Naval Aircrewman Tactical (AWR).
WORK ENVIRONMENT
As an AWR, you will operate in almost every type of extreme environment and may be assigned to Helicopter Maritime Strike Squadron (HSM) sea or shore duty in any part of the world. You could be assigned to squadrons at Naval Air Stations and may deploy aboard aircraft carriers, surface combat ships, and support ships.
TRAINING AND ADVANCEMENT
Aviation Rescue Swimmers must be prepared to operate in any challenging environment. It's why two years of training in advanced swimming and lifesaving techniques, helicopter mission equipment and helicopter weapons systems are required before you report to your first squadron. Throughout training, candidates are continually tested mentally and physically as they advance to more rigorous and challenging scenarios.
Upon completion of initial training at Recruit Training Command Great Lakes (known as Boot Camp), those pursuing an Aircrewman role undergo the following training pipeline:

Members of the community have any number of unique opportunities to advance their knowledge. Navy training provides skills and knowledge in everything from military tactics and small arms use to survival and other tactical military procedures.
Beyond offering access to professional credentials and certifications, Navy training in this field can translate to credit hours toward a bachelors or associate degree through the American Council on Education.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
No college degree is required to become an AIRR, but a high degree of difficulty comes standard with nearly everything youll do. Training is tough and ongoing.
To qualify for Rescue Swimmer Training, both men and women must:
Meet specific eyesight requirements: uncorrected vision no worse than 20/100; correctable to 20/20 in both eyes with normal depth and color perception.
Meet the minimum Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) score: VE+AR+MK+MC=210 or VE+AR+MK+AS=210.
Pass a PST in DEP/Boot Camp.
Pass Class 1 Flight Physical.
Be 30 years of age or younger.
Be a U.S. citizen and eligible for security clearance.

Position Summary: The Neurodiagnostic Technologist is responsible for conducting electroneurodiagnostic procedures on the patient. This includes assessments, testing, the collection and technical interpretation of data, the completion of reports and billing forms.
Nature and Scope: Under the clinical supervision of the Clinical Coordinator, Clinical Manager and NeuroCare Director perform electroneurodiagnostic studies and tasks at an advanced level due to extensive job knowledge and skills normally acquired through experience and continuing education. Perform routine and complex procedures to obtain data for use in the diagnosis of clinical disorders of the nervous system in at least one of the following modalities of Neurodiagnostics: Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials (EP), Long-Term Monitoring (CLTM) and Transcranial Doppler (TCD).
Provides training and education support to other NeuroCare technologists and/or surgical neurophysiologists as needed. Gathers and documents accurate medical information and documentation. Communicates with other healthcare professionals and delivers high quality patient care.
1. Patient Setup
* Explain test procedures so they are understood by the patient and any family members who are present using age appropriate guidelines.
* Accurately takes and documents a pertinent history from the patient or chart. Perform one of the following END study: EEG, Evoked Potentials or TCD.
* Sets-up patient for appropriate study to include: patient, paperwork, room and equipment.
* Measure and accurately apply recording electrodes in a timely manner, according to the International 10-20 Electrode Placement System
2. END Equipment
* Calibrate, evaluate and adjust equipment, optimizing recording and stimulation parameters, to acquire salient data and information.
* Implement appropriate troubleshooting methods, such as adjusting sensitivity, to assure accurate recording of information.
* Keep equipment clean and in proper working order, reporting malfunctions to supervisor and/or manufacturer.
* Performs needed daily maintenance on equipment as required.
3. END Recording • Runs studies with appropriate documentation on study, observation of the patient, troubleshooting equipment and physiological artifacts, distinguishing normal from abnormal and utilizing appropriate resources to perform study.
* Recognizes and takes appropriate action to respond to evolving patient care needs.
* Demonstrates ability to apply knowledge to different testing situations to include regular participation in the on-call schedule, working independently on 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts in the Laboratory or ICU.
4. Documentation • Accurately prepare in a timely manner, all records, files and work/technical sheet, including a technical description of the modality recorded, with emphasis on the clinical observations in order to assist the neurologists and/or designated MD with the final interpretation.
5. Additional Duties • Demonstrates proper cleaning procedures for the patient, room and equipment after each study.
* Uses down time for training, cleaning equipment and reading educational materials.
* Assist new Neurodiagnostic Technologists following completion of training.
* Attend scientific courses and seminars for continuing education as required.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinical Coordinator, Manager or Corporate staff.
