The SEO Content Manager will serve as the bridge between technical SEO execution and creative content strategy. This role requires a strong foundational understanding of SEO best practices, with the ability to manage day-to-day SEO operations, as well as plan, write, and optimize content that drives organic growth. The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative - able to read data and turn it into actionable strategies while also developing compelling content that resonates with users, search engines, and answer engines alike. Key Responsibilities * SEO Strategy & Execution * Develop and implement SEO strategies to increase organic visibility across the MB2 Dental brand website and the Carabelli Club website. * Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify content gaps, new opportunities, and areas for optimization. * Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to address issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site performance. * Optimize on-page elements, including metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and site architecture. * Content Planning & Creation * Plan, write, and optimize SEO-driven content for blogs, service pages, and other website assets. * Create and structure content for Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility in featured snippets, voice search, and AI-driven search results. * Collaborate with the brand and content teams to align SEO goals with broader marketing initiatives. * Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices and aligns with the brand's voice and tone. * Analytics & Reporting * Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Ahrefs. * Create and deliver regular reports on traffic, rankings, and content performance with actionable insights. * Track and manage local SEO efforts, including Google Business Profiles and local citations. * Industry Awareness & Continuous Improvement * • Stay updated on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices (including AEO/GEO). * • Provide recommendations to improve organic visibility, user engagement, and conversions. Qualifications * 3-5 years of SEO experience with exposure to both technical SEO and content marketing. * Solid understanding of SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz. * Demonstrated experience in creating and optimizing content for SEO and AEO (featured snippets, voice search, AI search results). * Foundational knowledge of technical SEO concepts (site speed, schema, indexation, crawlability). * Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for both user experience and SEO. * Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy and measurable outcomes. * Experience in healthcare, dental, or multi-location industries is a plus, but not required. * Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
