Dave Cassar is a Chief Operating Officer at MBO Partners and is based in Herndon, Virginia.

Flavio Palaci joined MBO Partners in 2021 as Chief Platform and Digital Officer.

Most recently, Palaci served as Global Data Analytics and AI Leader for PwC Pricewaterhouse Coopers, (PwC). Here, he was responsible for building the firm’s digital platforms and setting the strategy for AI and analytics globally. Palaci held roles in Europe and Australia and served the firm’s largest and most significant engagements. He blends strategy consulting with AI and analytic transformation to help the world’s most iconic brands compete and win. He served as a strategic advisor to high tech companies, retail conglomerates and financial services clients globally.

Before joining PwC, he was the EMEA leader for AI and analytics across financial services based in Europe for Deloitte. He has one of the youngest partners admitted to the firm, focused on building analytic platforms and software solutions that delivered exceptional value and helped clients compete with AI and digital interactions at the forefront.

He regularly is requested to high profile speaking events and has participated at the World Economic Forum (WEF).

Palaci has an Executive MBA at IESE and was selected as the top 20 BEST EMBA across the global EMBA cohort of 2015 from Poets and Quants. He also holds a degree from University New England in Applied Finance.

Amy has been with MBO Partners since 2001 and is responsible for the company’s talent acquisition and organizational development. Amy previously served as vice president of client services, where she managed the support of MBO’s clients and the development of human capital programs to meet the unique needs of the business.

Amy has more than 20 years of experience in talent management, including serving as vice president of recruiting for The Netplex Group, and vice president of human resources for Sentient Systems. She received her Master of Industrial Psychology from Old Dominion University, and her Bachelor of Psychology from the California University of Pennsylvania.

Bob joined MBO Partners in 2015 with more than 25 years of experience in the contract workforce industry. He oversees client relationships, sales, and sales operations for MBO’s enterprise accounts. Previously, he was senior vice president of business development for the number one provider of financial, operational, and strategic support to independent staffing firms, and has directed sales and business development for Adecco and Kelly Services.

Bob has also served in executive roles for vendor management service and managed services provider organizations, and has been recognized for leadership as one of Supply and Demand Chain Executive’s “Pros to Know.”

Eric joined MBO Partners as Chief Financial Officer in 2021.

Eric is a bold and inventive leader who thrives in fast-growing organizations and brings to MBO a deep experience in technology and platform companies.

He is equal parts data miner and motivational leader with a history for making what organizations call impossible, possible.

Previously, Eric was an executive in corporate financial planning and analysis with CoreLogic, a publicly-traded information services and XaaS company, where he directed the company’s valuation model and led data room development for a multi-party bid process.

Prior to this, he spent eight years with international payments platform MoneyGram International in a series of progressively advancing roles, most recently as head of US and Canada Revenue. Here he led a team of 150+ and implemented programs that led to substantial revenue development, inventive operational savings, and streamlined service models and was instrumental in their consumer-driven digital shift.

Eric believes in giving back to his community. Diagnosed as an adult with Type 1 Diabetes, he is active with diabetic non-profits like the Diabetes Sports Project Foundation and the diabetic online influencer community. He is the co-founder of D|U|T|C|H|E|R, a broad service counseling and coaching practice where he specializes in removing barriers for people living with diabetes, as well as guiding spouses and parents on how to best support their loved one. His love for team building and taking on the impossible extends to his personal life where he is an ultra-obstacle course racer, having competed in 24hr obstacle competitions and paced a transcontinental runner for 4 days across West Texas covering 120 miles.

Eric holds a bachelor’s from Trinity University and an MBA from Texas Tech University.
