The duties of a Supervisor include shift management, training employees, handling guest complaints, shift deposits, and completing nightly closing paperwork and duties. This position carries building keys and may be responsible for opening and closing the building. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assist in overseeing theater operations. Engage in guest recovery situations, and act as a resource for questions, comments, or concerns for all guests. Manage inventory of concession items, ensuring adequate stock levels for business needs. Monitor and enforce food safety and sanitation policies and procedures. Assist in the maintenance of proper emergency, safety, and security procedures. Assist with theater Areas of Responsibility (AOR's) including HR, Food & Beverage, Marketing, Projection, Facilities, to contribute to the overall operation and success of the theater. The Foreman will be responsible for leading and executing projects utilizing program process, execution, deliverables, and standards.
