REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Regular on-site attendance is required. * High school diploma or equivalent required. * Three years of manufacturing and/or industrial experience required. * Demonstrated ability to perform changeovers and preventative maintenance on all production equipment required. * Demonstrated ability to diagnose mechanical problems and resolve minor mechanical and processing problems required. * Demonstrated ability to understand financial impact of business decision affecting staffing, product components and inventory required. * Demonstrated computer skills, including knowledge of Excel, Word, statistical database applications & Lotus Notes required. * Demonstrated ability to pro-actively encourage continuous improvement and daily problem-solving initiatives required. * Proven ability to coach, train and influence while demonstrating a deep respect for the capabilities of all people required. * Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills required. * Demonstrated analytical, critical thinking skills to determine risk assessment required. * Regular on-site attendance is required. * Ability to work overtime/weekends required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Knowledge of SAP, Infinity, Power Point, Access preferred. * Demonstrated practice of leadership principles required and formal leadership training strongly preferred. * Demonstrated competency to operate all equipment in the business strongly preferred. * Experience effectively leading and facilitating team and cross-functional meetings strongly preferred.
